An introduction to a series on major worldview. We consider the major issues addressed in worldview (what is?, how do we know?, and how should we then live?). There is also a discussion about why every Christian should seek to have a consistent worldview.
Good Treatment Of Subject I'm enjoying listening to this series, which is on my favorite topic, why people believe what they believe. The speaker does an excellent job of presenting complex material in a way that makes it easy for the non-specialist to understand, and shows how important it is to question the assumptions behind your beliefs, and the beliefs of others. Particularly interesting is the numerous times the speaker points out inconsistencies in the beliefs vs. the actions in people who have other worldviews. The only possible drawback is that there is so much material that it's compressed: each topic could be expanded to its own series. The motivated listener might want to give R.C. Sproul's worldview series a listen as well. The two complement each other nicely because they come to the material from different angles.
