Dr. Clarence Sexton went home to be with the Lord on December 12, 2023. My mind went to Psalm 116 upon hearing of his death. He was a great personal encouragement to me, and I trust this compilation of sermon clips will continue to be a source of encouragement to all who hear for many years to come.
Featuring a sermon puts it on the front page of the site and is the most effective way to bring this sermon to the attention of thousands including all mobile platforms + newsletter.
Text-Featuring a sermon is a less expensive way to bring this sermon to the attention of thousands on the right bar with optional newsletter inclusion. As low as $30/day.
Mr Bus Captain I first heard Dr Sexton preach at a local church bus ministry conference many years ago. He encouraged us to share Christ with boys and girls especially in inner cities. He was referred to as Mr Bus Captain. I am forever grateful for the strong stand he took on the preaching of the Word of God. And that’s what encourages me most at Sermon Audio - the emphasis on preaching. To God be the glory!!

Heartbroken Pastor Sexton will be greatly missed but his influence lives beyond him. His death grieves us but his life teaches us and moves us. He personally impacted my life, my wife, and will continue on to our children and our church family. Thank you, Brother Lee for this tribute. Most of all, thank the Lord for using Clarence Sexton!
