God has shone into the darkness of our own hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. We are in desperate need of this light! Many are blind to this light because of their unbelief. They fear the light and do not want the darkness of their own hearts exposed. But thanks be to God he has revealed himself to us in mercy and grace at the cross, that we might not lose heart and love to see his glory.
