Isaiah 25 Reflects the coming Judgement & salvation of our God thru our Lord Jesus Christ.
Here, we see in what is part of Isaiah's 'great apocalypse' (chapters 24-27) the scene of the removal of the shroud that covers the earth and all mankind - death - removed by God Himself, through His agent, the Messiah of chapters 7, 9, & 11, and the Servant of chapters 40-55.
The response of God's people: singing, feasting, singing, more singing, and still more singing.
This is the great feast of the Kingdom of God that Jesus told us of in Matthew 8. Here, Pastor Ryan ties this feast w/ our remembering of the New Covenant feast sign, the Lord's Table, and how it is to reorient our mindset as we await Christ's 2nd coming and the consequent consummation of all things, including the destruction of all His proud, ruthless enemies.
Ultimately, through the cross & resurrection, our true enemies have been conquered once-for-all: sin, and therefore death, and therefore the power of the devil.
