The evening will bring us to one of the most glorious passages in the Old Testament and some help from the Canons of Dort 2.1, 2. Exodus 34.4-7 is a stunning Word from God about Himself and a great Word to us His nature and attributes. As the Canons put it God is both supremely merciful and supremely just.
