We must be brought off of the old stock of Adam, and by faith alone be engrafted into Christ! This was somewhat "painful" for me because of a strong religious background and because I was raised in Arminianism.
We must renounce all trust in our own "good works" and self rightousness, and stand complete in Him alone
by the imputed Righteousness of Christ alone...
