Dancing, a word that is not welcome in many churches today. We have been so bombarded by the world and it's influence that when we think of dancing sin is synonymous with it. Some commentators have gone so far as to say it is a mistranslation, that it never ever means dancing (dance). But the word is in our Bible and one that needs greater understanding. Yes, there is some movement with this word; just not all the worldly movement, it is a movement that is worshiping God. It is surrendering your will over your body to God. We need to enter His sanctuary in praise not pouting. God wants us to praise Him, He deserves it. It is not about what others think but what God thinks. We after all have much to praise God about. And to have our mourning, our troubles, our sorrows turned around is certainly worth total praise, even dancing for the Lord.
