On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we tackle a topic that has divided churches, caused dissension, and given birth to any number of heresies over the past 400-plus years in the Christian Church. Of course, I can only be talking about Calvinism and the doctrines of election, free will and predestination. There is no other topic, except maybe for the Pretribulation Rapture, that will fire people up so fast as Calvinism. But we will not shy away from looking at what John Calvin taught in the light of Bible doctrine rightly divided, and we'll not be afraid of what the Bible has to show us. John Calvin was not a prophet, he was not an apostle, he was a man just like anyone else born outside of the Bible. But Paul was an apostle and what Paul wrote is scripture and as such is perfect truth. We hope you will join us for this very important program with an open mind and a loving heart.
