On Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., Phoenix Free Presbyterian Church will conduct a special service of dedication for its new facility. Rev. David Mook will be presiding at the service in which other members of the Presbytery will also take part. Rev. Ian Goligher, minister of Cloverdale FPC in the Vancouver, BC area, will be preaching the dedication sermon. Also planning to attend the service are Rev. Colin Mercer, minister of Faith FPC, Greenville, SC and two other elders from that congregation. A special offering will be received for the building fund of the church, and directly following the service, refreshments will be served. Rev. John Baker, assistant to the minister, and Rev. Craig Vosekalns will also be taking part in the service. The congregation invites all its friends from the local area to join in this special service of worship.
