Is MAGA’s Storming of the Capitol an Omen of Coming Civil War?
These are dark days for our Republic. Does light await on the other side?
Capitol Hill exploded in pandemonium on Wednesday afternoon as masses of President Trump’s supporters marched on Congress while lawmakers counted the electoral votes from the 2020 presidential race that would certify Joe Biden as president and Kamala Harris as vice president.
Storming barricades, thousands of protesters made their way into the Capitol, prompting the postponement of the electoral vote counting process as Vice President Mike Pence and members of Congress were evacuated to their offices for safety....

I gave up on conspiracy theory some time back, when I began to realize it wasn't theory anymore. Either things are unfolding as they are by accident, or they are being manipulated to do what is being done. When things seem to continually go in the same negative direction, the accident approach comes out short. It matters not whether man's dumb and sinful nature is behind it, or whether Satan, whose time is short, is more directly involved. It's not a Christian's place to help it either way.

I hate that people like you force me to defend someone like Trump. You had other legit reasons to dislike the man but then you ruin it by throwing in these lies. Character defamation. Proof or it didn't happen.
Go libertarian. They're the only part advocating for a small government like the founding fathers intended. Contrary to political agendas, libertarians are not anarchists or stand for chaos. Law and order exists within the worldview. The party is quite diverse since many folks are attracted to freedom. Of course, freedom can not exist without order or you end up with mad max. Vote libertarian into political seats. Preach Jesus in the streets. Pray for a revival.
I gave up conspiracy theory and all its websites and pushers, because it is the Sin of Sensationalism. I believe that this is indeed a trap for conservatives to become ensnared in. I also gave up the idea that Pot should be legalized and see it as the modern day opium war against the citizens, it is the Soma of the new world order Satanists.
The Republican party is a bunch of feckless, spineless cowards who don't have the brains or the spines to accomplish our goals. When they had a United govt for 2 years, what did they accomplish? Some judges and a milquetoast tax bill that Bill Clinton would have been happy with. We've been giving them more and more power since 2010 and what have they done with it?
Biden and his ilk aren't even in office and they're already focused on their agenda. Green new deal? It's coming! Statehood for DC and PR? It's in the works. Get ready to be demographic'ed to death by amnesty for illegal aliens. At that point, they won't even need to cheat by mail to steal elections.
And yet, we keep voting for these spineless incompetents because their one selling point is that they're not as evil as the Democrats.

I had expected Biden to win without having to cheat because I thought America had passed the point of Gods grace. What I hadn't expected was for him having to steal it. I think God is taking us there, but via the scenic route. We get to see what otherwise would not have been believed. We get to see the power of the beast system over a mind-boggling mass of people. All the politicians/police/judges/CIA/FBI/DOJ..and lawless street thugs. But what impressed me most are the clueless (some even found here) that wear their ignorance like a badge of honour. Biden, knew who he was at least some of the time. So when they come grab people out of their homes to take to isolation camp, these clueless might even raise an eyebrow.
Yeah, because people storming a building and taking selfies is such terrorist and treasonous act. Let's not even mention feathers and tar and 1776's bloody mess. Won't talk about guillotines either. We won't even bring up 2018 when another building was stormed trying to keep Kavanaugh out. Totally ignoring 2019 ans legit riots and looting as well. No, we'll just focus on the dude that sat in Pelosi's chair. Come on! Give me a break!

No, there are no legal actions that could be taken against Trump for what somebody else does. Besides, ask yourself who benefits most by any of this? It certainly isn't Trump. Now your mind can be free to explore the answer.
Ok then, perhaps you would be willing to do more than post words with little meaning, and give specific examples of Trump inciting a riot. Even give Barr's specific examples. What did Trump SAY that could incite a riot. (btw, there was no riot, we had riots last summer that were labeled peaceful protests, remember?)

Antifa was bussed into DC under police escort. The DC police comes under the demonrats. Soros has used police/antifa elsewhere against peaceful demonstrators.
In DC Antifa dressed as others and incited the riots and chaos. They live-streamed it.
The battle between Left and Right has been running for years but now its getting a little more hostile and furious. And perhaps public.
It is a 'world' battle and certainly exploding in the western nations.
There are mainly two sides to the battle and we can pick up 'sides' from their protest declarations and actions. For example the media is definitely Left. Of course they will never admit to it, but we can read between the lines.
In politics Left and Right are old enemies and clearly observed in the party's.
The BLM side was supported by the media and Liberalist PC. And the riotous activities on the streets were dulled down by the Lefty media and its reporters. And the commenters they chose to interview - were specially selected.
When the Right reacts in a belligerent way then it becomes big news loudly reported, in a negative way.
But the Left have infiltrated into previously Right groups. An example of that is the British Conservative party. Theresa May, David Cameron and Phillip Hammond were very obviously Left (of centre).
Its a very mixed bag out there but the hostilities are becoming more 'physical' in the nations, as opposed to verbal.
Where do we go from here?
PS: Religion has Left and Right too. Satan is very Left.

I love how the left projects it’s deeds onto others.
1. There was no assault on Democracy. If we assume Antifa didn’t infiltrate, and all is as it is being said to be, the assault might have been to get the attention of the deaf and gassy anti-democratic, anti-American, pro-socialists in the Congress. (But wouldn’t we have to be naive to think Antifa, or some more normally well dressed types would miss the opportunity?)
2. There was no coup attempt yesterday. The most recent coup attempt was on the evening of Election Day, with the corrupted vote count.
3. The blood that was shed by DC police was of a woman, a military vet. Despite the clutter of the reporting, I hope this is investigated
I too doubt the likelihood of civil war. Logistical nightmare, and all military officers oath is to the Constitution, not higher officers, nor the president. Military minimally would be divided. The treasonous Left would ultimately lose. Expecting that the whole military would join with them seems unrealistic.
