Supreme Court blocks New York's COVID-19 restrictions on houses of worship
The Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday in favor of a Catholic diocese and an Orthodox Jewish group, temporarily blocking New York’s COVID-19 restrictions on houses of worship.

“Members of this Court are not public health experts, and we should respect the judgment of those with special expertise and responsibility in this area. But even in a pandemic, the Constitution cannot be put away and forgotten," the high court said in its 5-4 ruling. "The restrictions at issue here, by effectively barring many from attending religious services, strike at the very heart of the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious liberty.”

The court said that the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn and Agudath Israel of America are likely to succeed in their arguments that the restrictions violate the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment and that they would cause irreparable harm. The groups had sued Gov. Andrew ...

But James, no less an authority than the great Chris Krebs said the proof is in the paper ballots. Who is he anyway—the grandson of Maynard G. Krebs?

I of course agree with this decision.

But IMO, they get no Christian fruit. A Christian will speak truth for the right reason with the right intent; whereas an unsaved person will speak that same truth for the wrong reason and with false intent.

Plenty of evidence LB.

Video from the State Farm Arena in Fulton County shows
that on November 3rd after the polls closed, election workers falsely claimed a water leak required the facility to close. All poll workers and challengers were evacuated for several hours at about 10:00 PM. However, several
election workers remained unsupervised and unchallenged working at the
computers for the voting tabulation machines until after 1:00 AM, which violated Georgia voting laws.

An industry expert, Dr. Andrew Appel, Princeton Professor of
Computer Science and Election Security Expert has recently observed, with reference to Dominion Voting machines: "I figured out how to make A slightly different computer program that just before the polls were closed, it switches
some votes around from one candidate to another. I wrote that computer program into a memory chip and now to hack a voting machine you just need
7 minutes alone with it and a screwdriver."

“Members of this Court are not public health experts”

They don’t have to be. They only need remind politicians that there is no exception-for-COVID-19 clause in the First Amendment, nor authority to apply law unequally at any time. In this case remind Governor Cuomo that his executive edicts are subject to the highest law of the land.

If this ruling has no practical effects, then might I add, and neither does Roe v Wade , for all practical purposes.

Kennedy Jr said that Dr. Fauci owns a number of vaccine patents, including one that is being trialed to fight coronavirus by some of America's biggest vaccine manufacturers.

The Gates Foundation invests in Dr. Fauci's NIAID as part of its Decade of Vaccines program which aims to introduce a Global Vaccine Action Plan.

Kennedy Jr said that Dr. Fauci owns a patent for a specific type of vaccine that packages a virus in a protein sheet. The virus is then delivered to the human body through the vaccine and Kennedy Jr said that it very quickly reaches the organs necessary to give a person immunity to a certain illness."

Aside from questions of safety that attend any vaccine, there are good reasons to be especially cautious for COVID-19. Some vaccines worsen the consequences of infection rather than protect, a phenomenon called antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE). ADE has been observed in previous attempts to develop coronavirus vaccines. To add to the concern, antibodies typical of ADE are present in the blood of some COVID-19 patients. Such concerns are real. As recently as 2016, Dengavxia, intended to protect children from the dengue virus, increased hospitalizations for children who received the vaccine.

An effective COVID-19 vaccine also faces several hurdles beyond our control. *The older we get the poorer our ability to respond to vaccines*. Resistance to vaccination begins early at age 30 and becomes progressively more profound with time. That is especially troubling as those over 60 are the population most at risk. Vaccination of the elderly may sometimes succeed by administering repeated doses and by increasing the potency of the vaccine with powerful adjuvants.* But these adjuvants can be especially risky for the very old.* From

Luther wrote that letter in the midst of an outbreak of the bubonic plague in Wittenberg,...

In his treatise, Luther wrote:

“Therefore I shall ask God mercifully to protect us. Then I shall fumigate, help purify the air, administer medicine, and take it. I shall avoid places and persons where my presence is not needed in order not to become contaminated and thus perchance infect and pollute others, and so cause their death as a result of my negligence. … See, this is such a God-fearing faith because it is neither brash nor foolhardy and does not tempt God.”

Luther himself had been ordered to leave the university in Wittenberg, where he taught, Hendel said. He refused. Instead, he and his pregnant wife, Katharina von Bora, a former nun who had learned some nursing skills in the cloister, stayed behind and opened a wing of their home as a clinic....

The fact that the vote was 5-4 indicates that four justices need to be impeached. They have violated both of their oaths of office by preferring their own liberal emotions to the Constitution.
