Christians asked to pray for Trump after he and Melania test positive for Covid-19
Christian leaders have been calling for prayer after Donald Trump confirmed he and his wife Melania have tested positive for coronavirus.
Trump shared the news on Twitter late Thursday night, just days after he went head to head with Joe Biden in a fiery presidential debate.
"Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!," he tweeted.
I heard one commentator tell the Press Secretary Kayleigh M that he hoped she recovered soon, though she hadn’t had any symptoms. I was wondering what it is she has to recover from? I’m hoping next time I get a cold, that I have no symptoms. Maybe someone will wish me a speedy recovery anyway.

You DO do that! But I wanted to address something here that I am in error on. My apology.
I understand where Watchers coming from. It seems that his concern for his safety and the safety of his family are being ridiculed. He was made to feel uncomfortable for wearing a mask. While I don't share the same level of fear, I respect his concerns and would accomodate him feeling safe. We need to protect the vulnerable amongst us.
My issue is with those who have weaponised this virus for their own gain. I mentioned Fauci. You're looking at pure evil. Saul killed his thousands, but Fauci his hundreds of thousands. From Eboli to AIDs, Fauci stopped research until him and his cronies could re-invent it to take credit, and steered those cures that provided a monetary gain. He didn't get to be in control without meneuvering a power grab. He sits on Pharma board & holds patents, while directin health policy.
Here's media watch trying to prove that the bad WHO misled our American Fauci, not realising this wolf was really in charge.
It doesn't seem to matter what the President does, he's attacked regardless. I wonder if masks will be mandatory for this flu season as well...the insanity seems to have no end in sight. The mask wearers will gladly line up for that vaccine.....apparently this virus isn't as deadly as the Spanish, Asian and Hong Kong flu- https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/10/new-data-reveals-coronavirus-4th-worst-us-pandemic-last-100-years-destroyed-economy/

MS one thing we know is, it will be recorded by the CDC as a “case” but the recovery won’t be mentioned in the statistics. Wouldn’t want folks to stop bowing to the spirit of fear.

I guess one day when they decide to write the second edition of Foxe's Book of Martyrs; it'll include masks and social distancing. Imagine the church thinking that wearing masks is persecution? Let alone having church online? Think of it! Oh the humanity!!!

Well, let's hope he's masked when he leaves, or he'll be hung, drawn, and quartered.
Well Tim, the bible makes no bones about the true Gospel, those God reveals the truth to don't have a 'corner' on the market. Truth is given to the sheep, who will not follow a 'different jesus'. It isn't unusual for the religious to make accusations like you have done, i.e.,' cornered the market on truth', and 'gee, ain't I special?!' You have been shown multiple times, from His truth, that your free will does not come into play, that Christ did not love all, nor did He die for all. You reject that, then you attack those who differ from you. Most here don't get it, you cannot embrace any ole gospel, any ole' 'jesus'.
Only God can give you ears to hear, only God can open your mind and free you from the deception you hold to. May He have mercy on you Tim, may He show you He isn't a 'universal' Savior. He isn't a beggar of sinners, wringing His hands hoping they will choose Him. He doesn't offer salvation to all, He actually secured it for His sheep. He paid for them by His own blood. You're right, debating is a waste of time. You merely stick with the same errors you have argued from since day 1, all means all, world means all, etc.... Then you resort to name calling, belittlement, maligning....lather, rinse, repeat.
One would do well to search the entire Bible, rather than carefully select only those scriptures that appear to support one’s own already-formed conclusions. Of course there is a danger in that; one who has an open mind may discover that he or she has been wrong. At any rate, I have better things to do with my time than debate. It never, ever leads anywhere worth going.
I knew the truth would offend, it always does. There aren't multiple gospels, there is 'the Gospel' that Paul was not ashamed of, for 'therein' the 'righteousness of God' is revealed- Romans 1:16,17. Then there is the accursed gospel which is another gospel of a different kind. This gospel has a variety of tweaking, as already mentioned. BTW Tim ,NOWHERE did I say I am 'better' than anyone, or that I am special. I know my place before God. I KNOW where righteousness comes from and who's work God looks to and is appeased with. The reason you and I don't 'click' is because your gospel is different than the one revealed in the bible. Your gospel gives the sinner sovereignty over salvation, just make a decision, use your free will, etc. Your gospel says Jesus died for 'all', the whole world. Christ Himself shut that heresy down with one phrase, 'I lay down my life for my sheep'. It is expected that God's elect will be maligned for standing for the Gospel of Christ, the Gospel that reveals His finished work. The Gospel that points to grace alone as the means of salvation, not grace + works. You can continue to slander, to use back door innuendos, it's all good. Hope what's left of your weekend goes smooth.....
“...extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this Free Willer. In short, God, I thank thee that I am right and everyone else is wrong. Gee, ain’t I special?”
I have not prayed for Donald Trump yet, and there is a very good reason for that. Maybe I will pray later; but there again I am not promising anything.
This is true Tim. The way to determine the Pharisee from the tax collector is to understand who their 'jesus' is, what gospel they adhere to reveals this self righteousness. Those who present methods or conditions to meet before God will or can save are of the self righteous stripe. They insist on doing x,y, and z in order to be saved. They exalt their own works as evidence and assurance, they do not point to the righteousness of God at all. Christ is merely an afterthought. This crowd includes free will, Reformed/Calvinists who misconstrue the Gospel and claim Christ died for 'all',but only the elect are saved {I lay down my life for my sheep}, baby dunkers, covenantors, the man made creed and confessions crowd, the mystic exalting decision making crowd and those who high five these kinds, the 'quoting my favorite dead guy' crowd, the crowd that never, ever is wrong, but is very quick in pointing out the sins of everyone else. The Gospel of Christ is all about Christ, it is finished, it is His work that God deems satisfactory, His shed blood that redeems a people from every tribe, tongue and nation, His obedience that God accepts, and those He elects to save will be obedient unto the truth- this Gospel. They will continue to look only to Him. This will not set well with most..
There are many manifestations of pharisaism, not the least of which is an attitude that says, “God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are.” One cannot read a thread on SA with more than 20 posts without encountering evidence of this attitude.
