Last Abortion Clinic in Missouri Could Close Very Soon
The last abortion clinic in Missouri could close because its license has yet to be renewed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), which is concerned about “deficiencies” at the facility and “troubling instances and deviations from the standard care,” which has resulted in “serious patient harm,” said the department.

The clinic, the Reproductive Health Services of Planned Parenthood in St. Louis, Mo., is currently operating under a judge's order, an injunction issued on June 10. However, officials from the government and the clinic are meeting this week at an Administrative Hearing Commission (AHA) to hear testimony and reach a conclusion about the facility’s license. ...

Your same Godless reasoning Jim; Peter Singer says: When the death of a disabled infant will lead to the birth of another infant with better prospects of a happy life, the total amount of happiness will be greater if the disabled infant is killed. The loss of happy life for the first infant is outweighed by the gain of a happier life for the second. Therefore, if killing the hemophiliac infant has no adverse effect on others, it would, according to the total view, be right to kill him.

Jim; You are a good Comrade;

Jhn 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, &!the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, & abode n’t in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own, for he is a liar & the father of it.

Jim; It’s N’t rocket science;

Dr. Seuss in Horton Hears a Who: Because, after all, a person is a person, no matter how small.

There is no objective evidence to indicate that someone can be a member of the human race, but because he lacks certain qualities, he thereby fails to be a person.

Pro 6:16-18 These six things doth the Lord hate, yea, seven are an abomination unto Him: a proud look, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

Every new life begins at conception. This is an irrefutable fact of biology., it’s true for animals & true for humans. When considered alongside the law of biogenesis that every species reproduces after its own kind. We can draw only one conclusion in regard to abortion: every single abortion ends the life of an innocent human being.

Professor Hymie Gordon, Mayo Clinic; “The beginning of a single human life is from a biological point of view a simple & straightforward matter the beginning is conception.

Dr. Jerome LeJeune, Professor of Genetics, University of Descartes; By all the criteria of modern molecular biology, life is present from the moment of conception.

Just remember Jim; When one is devoid of eternal life; Jhn 3:36 He that believeth in the Son hath everlasting life; & he that believeth n’t the Son shall n’t see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him.”

Professor Micheline Matthews-Roth, Harvard University Medical School; I have learned from my earliest medical education that human life begins at the time of conception.

Jim; You remind me of the cowards, who call themselves, men at the Murder Mill. Who take their girl friend, or their wife to the slaughter house. To bring death & destruction to innocent life inside of the womb. Real men, stand up & take responsibility for their baby in the womb. As size, nor location, or ones level of development takes away. From one their worth, as the Tri-uine God of the Bible, is creator of all life. Your arguments are the same, I have heard over & over, from those, who hate God, & love to surepress His truths, as they are flesh pleasures. Who love their sin, I amn’t angry at you, just sad for you, in how self-deceived you are; Mat 7:21-23! ; Your Roman road conversion was false, as you bear bad fruit, over & over on here!

Pro 28:13 He that covereth his sins shalln’t prosper, but whoso confesseth & forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Pro 17:15 He that justifieth the wicked & he that condemneth the just, both alike are an abomination to the Lord.

Unfortunately, your humanist excerpt contains some errors. Who defines what a human is? How would you define a human?

Fertilized egg a human?
Jill Filipovic wrote:
....Anti-abortion activists are also not satisfied to simply outlaw abortion; they want to enshrine into law that personhood exists at the moment of fertilization.... That certainly fits with their narrative that life not only begins at conception, but that a fertilized egg is a human being deserving of life and respect and legal protection.

It’s an ideologically tidy argument, but it gets messy when confronted with real life. Most fertilized eggs never make it to birth. About half never implant in the uterine wall and are naturally flushed out of a woman’s body, which is why actual medical doctors define pregnancy at the point of implantation, not fertilization. Others do implant, but are lost in early miscarriages, many of which go unnoticed. Still others implant outside of the uterus, often in the fallopian tubes, where they can never grow into a baby but can rupture and kill the woman carrying them. And others develop further, turning into fetuses that are lost in later miscarriages. Establish personhood at the moment of fertilization, and you’ve got an astronomical death rate on your hands.

Rabbi Shmuley Boteach wrote:
The Hebrew Bible makes only one reference to abortion, and this is by implication. Exodus 21:22-23 states: “And if two men strive together and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart, and yet no harm follow, he shall be surely fined, accordingly as the woman’s husband shall lay upon him, and he shall pay as the judges determine. But if any harm follows, though shalt give life for life.”

There is a significant parting of the ways in the interpretation of this passage between Judaism and Catholicism which will, in turn, mark the much more lenient rulings on abortion of the former and the much more severe views of the latter.

According to the ancient Rabbis, the text is to be read simply as written. The Bible talks of a woman who is hurt by a man in a fight and loses her child. Monetary restitution is paid for her miscarriage. But if the woman dies, then one must take a life for a life. The passage does not say that a fetus is alive but that the mother is....

Jim; This is your Worldview here, Just like Burger King, I will have it my way!; You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist."- Friedrich Nietzsche

Moral outrage is absurd if you reject objective truth."
John Hendryx

If you derive your idea of "right" & "wrong" from the fact that "everybody is doing it", then your are basing your thoughts, actions & life on the ever-changing, arbitrary, subjective bent of society. But ideas that are arbitrary only have as much authority as someone decides to give them. If someone doesn’t embrace that view of morality as authoritative, what standard can the others appeal to in order to tell them they are wrong? They have no basis but their own self-declared authority. Instead ground your own thoughts and actions in light of God's Word alone." John Hendryx

Jim; Your quote here; Should Christians try to force the kingdom on others?) and this article would probably even go further and say it's not only futile but wrong.

Jim; If truth & morality are only relative, & subjected to subjective meanings only.

Then in your fallen worldview, you can’t live consistently in that foolish way; Pro 14:12!;

As you force, your intolerant ways on here, & promote the murder of a Small Baby in the Womb, through the god of Humanism, self, is King!

Truth, morality, Sin, ones Worldview, reasoning, etc, all are Objective! Defined by Christ & His Word, n’t many other ways to God, as Jesus isn’t just a good moral teacher.

So your point you made clearly reflects, how desperately & sadly lost you are!

Col 2:8-9 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy & vain deceit, following the tradition of men according to the rudiments of the world, & n’t in accordance with Christ. For in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

Jim; Stop surepresing Gods Word, with your own unrighteousness; As God, through His Word has clearly defined murdering a small Baby, in the womb, is wicked & He Hates it! ; Pro 6:16-18! Fetus in Latin = Small Child!

Jim; Rome take on excommunication & salvation only being through Her & Her Sacraments, clearly goes against Jesus, Jhn 14:6!

As even those who have done acts of murder, can be forgiven IF, They have truly have tasted & reflect, the saving Gift of Godly brokenness in & through Christ Alone; 2 Cor 7:8-9, 1 Jhn 1:9, Acts 26:10, 7:28!

So you might want to stop being so close minded & up the Bible & read it for own self, who knows, God might bring You to Your knees & allow you to see & taste Your dier need of Him & n’t the other way around amen!

Too bad NeedHim, you even accept some interesting ideas of the Catholic position, which too many evangelicals slavishly follow.
Patsy McGarry wrote:
The Catholic Church’s current position on abortion is 144 years old. In the 1869 document Apostolicae Sedis, Pope Pius IX declared the penalty of excommunication for abortions at any stage of pregnancy. Up to then Catholic teaching was that no homicide was involved if abortion took place before the foetus was infused with a soul, known as “ensoulment”.

Separate consciousness
This was believed to occur at “quickening”, when the mother detected the child move for the first time in her womb. It indicated a separate consciousness.

In 1591, Pope Gregory XIV determined it took place at 166 days of pregnancy, almost 24 weeks. That is the current legal limit for abortion in the UK. It was Catholic Church teaching until 1869....

excerpt from, "Catholic Church teaching on abortion dates from 1869 -- Church’s current position not shared by its most elevated saints"

The above idea may have some merit anyway.

The present Catholic position is tied to the immaculate deception of Mary âť— the deception that Protestants reject đź‘Ť

Of course the life of the mother always takes presidents over the fetus.

I wasn't arguing about any position on abortion, which I would add most women don't want the carry out, but the futility of  (Should Christians try to force the kingdom on others?) and this article would probably even go further and say it's not only futile but wrong.

Christ calls His people to go therefore, making disciples of all nations, teaching His commandments, including the part about not shedding innocent blood.
As for prohibition, the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. Every herb is given for the service of man. Strong drink is not for princes, give it to those who are perishing, that they might forget their misery.
As for Christ’s people - let’s not be ignorant of the Master’s warning: “depart from me you who practice lawlessness “
I continue to pray for those who are staggering off to death and the closure of PP St. Louis. May He grant their wicked hit men & women repentance - or wipe them out of their place.

So Jim; Is the mother guilty of murder if she has a Butcher at the Murder Mill, take away life, of a baby, that has its own set of DNA, that is separate from the mother?

Rev 21:8 But as for the cowards, & unbelieving, & the abominable, & murderers, & whoremongers, & sorcerers, & idolaters, & all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
