NARAL Launches Abortion-Themed Ice Cream Flavor; Franklin Graham Calls It 'Disgusting'
A chapter of one of America's leading abortion advocacy groups has helped to create a new abortion-themed ice cream flavor as a sign of opposition to Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court.
As Kavanaugh and the U.S. Senate are set to take part in confirmation hearings starting on Sept. 4, NARAL Pro-Choice Oregon has teamed up with the Portland-based ice cream parlor What's the Scoop? to create the flavor "Rocky Roe v. Wade." The flavor will be part of a fundraising effort to benefit the organization.
The new flavor, a play between popular "rocky road" ice cream flavor and the 1973 landmark Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion nationwide, was made available to purchase for $9.95 per pint beginning last Monday....
The color of the ice cream reminds me of picture that a friend put on Facebook (yes I admit I am on there with friends from the town I moved from and new friends Ihave found here) anyway, the picture showed a an aborted baby lying in a small amount of water. Couldnât see his head. A hand was holding the almost developed babyâs tiny hand and arm. The man that did the abortion said (you could read what beneath the photo) quote, this one is big enough to walk me to the store. Doesnât make sense but it was a heartless remark. I can still see the limp gray little hand on the hand that was holding it and will never forget if.And now this !!
Jim; The Bible makes a crystal clear mandate that every soul that has life in it, will take account of their lives before the Lord. Like I have said to you before, look at your own sin with a microscope of Godâs penetrating holy Word & nât a telescope.
I guess you are down with former President Obama stance. As you like to pull the race card, this is written by a Black Minister who isnât down with Murder of the Womb.
Obama trivializes abortion by his attempt to find consensus social issues on which to base his campaign. He has a long record that neglects protecting pre-born children.1452 black babies lose their lives to abortion every day in America. Unbelievably, Obama continues to refuse to address the disproportionate killing of African American babies in their mother's womb. Obama even supports the killing of born and partially born children.
Jim Lincoln from Nebraska writes: "So the highly overpaid Franklin Graham has nothing better to do then to advertise ice cream?"
Do you have nothing better to do than sit in your basement and slop together links and quotes from socialists? And on a Christian forum that could care less about what you have to say? I'm not a personal admirer of Frank Graham, but he's doing a lot more than you could ever hope to do. As a socialist though, I would expect you to do nothing else but scrutinize people with above-poverty salaries. North Korea is ready and waiting whenever you decide to emigrate.
Of course Revelation is for today. Can we not learn today about true Christianity through the letters to the churches, today?! And perhaps it will be soon that we enter the time of tribulation. After all at some point the future will be the present.
penned wrote: Revelations is written not for future events!....
it is meant FOR US! (today)
Lemme get this right, a book written over 1900 years ago is not about the future but is for today??? and you're correcting other people for faulty thinki
Celebrating the murder of the unborn child demonstrates how low these satanic people are prepared to go. Satan has them in the palm of his hand and they can't see it and don't know it. Yet!!
But the sad truth of it is that they will join the most evil people of the world and suffer for an eternity, with their master Satan.
Matt 25:45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. 46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal."
Rev 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name."
So the highly overpaid Franklin Graham has nothing better to do then to advertise ice cream? It should make it a very popular ice cream, since most people hadn't heard of it until he brought it up.

Those who believe a false gospel or mix truth with error will generally take every opportunity to pollute Godâs true church with that false gospel or untruth. Anyone who can support Franklin Graham simply follows a cultural form of Christianity. He is a religious politician and a hireling. The Grahams have done more to dummy down the genuine gospel than anyone. Should I say something or have a false sense of peace? Iâll let the below speak for me.
Ephesians 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove [them].
Proverbs 17:15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both [are] abomination to the LORD.
Galatians 5:9 A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.
Galatians 1:6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man] preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
Rodney K. wrote: Amen (Psalms 7:9-17) Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins. (10) My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart. (11) God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. (12) If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready. (13) He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors. (14) Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood. (15) He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made. (16) His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate. (17) I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high. @ John UK: I'm enjoying the Psalms, bro.!
Glad to hear it, bro. I know the whole Bible is the word of God and powerful, but there seems something special about the Psalms, possibly because they were designed for us to use in worship, as well as for understanding. Amen Dolores also.
You can tell someone has nothing to defend when they take it to such a ridiculous level. Interesting that even the Nazi government attempted to conceal the grotesque nature of their actions. Not so in the U.S. of A. "The wise will inherit honor, but fools display dishonor." - Proverbs 5:35

Rodney and John Uk, I learn so much from the psalms, they bless, encouraging when I mess up( David had feet of clay also) praises that lift me up as well!!
