Unconfirmed reports of leprosy at elementary school prompt parent notification

Jurupa Unified School District officials received an unconfirmed report that two Indian Hills Elementary School students were diagnosed with leprosy, which prompted them to send a letter home to parents Friday, Sept. 2.

Though the information has not been confirmed, said Superintendent Elliott Duchon, school district officials decided to send the letter home as a precaution.

The letter sent home to parents included information from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services website, which says though leprosy is “feared as a highly contagious and devastating disease, it is well establish that Hansen’s disease (or leprosy) is not highly transmissible, is very treatable, and, with early diagnosis and treatment, is not disabling.” ...

Thanks John & Kev. Yeah, Kev...I find the limitations of time interesting, too. I've looked into it in a somewhat general way, not to deep, but what we know for certain is that just like the speed of light, time is relative and can be controlled. Light can be slowed down and even stopped. Several experiments with demonstrable results have proven this. Then there's time. The two atomic clocks in Greenwich, and wherever, have to be adjusted ever so slightly every so often because mere altitude cause one to run faster. Then you have the astronaut scenario where one returns far younger than the other, etc. You all can look that ine up. Interesting stuff. Time and light can be altered. I heard Church Missler once said that if God made the light from deep space instantaneous, it would make Him a deceiver as he tried to argue the gap theory, old earth. Made me cringe. Light could have travelled faster then, or God simply did make it instantaneous.

I can't, of course, but it speaks to His power and greatness, all being, all knowing, all powerful, and everywhere at once. To top it all off, He knows each one of us personally, every hair, every action...every thought. Wow. For me, this all speaks to the notion of time. A temporary illusion, created for man and for seasons, but nonexistent and unnecessary in the spirit world. Without time, God can be, and is everywhere at once, and sees all at the same time. What do I know...just a thought.
A good thought, Christopher, even though it was just a thought. Maybe it was more than a thought, maybe it was this Almighty God becoming more exalted in your mind. I think so.

Sounds about right to me Christopher. A W Pinks sovereignty of God is a great book on this subject and the audio is here on SA.

Here is something non biblical but cool to ponder:

Time = Distance/Speed

If God does not move does time effect God?

Interesting thought seeing as we are flying through the galaxy around the sun thousands of miles an hour and spinning on its axis and spinning from the center of the Galaxy spreading outwards. A plane flying around the world with an atomic clock time is even going faster.

If we are with God and God is not moved would time be relevant?

Just something I pondered once. I'm not a mathematician or anything lol but it seems like a very interesting concept.

I can be totally off as I am not that smart to understand these things. Anyone else have any input.

Not to mention not being limited to a specific dimension, and the dimensionality of time.

Boy that would be horrible if the Indians would of built a wall and not let one person in. Not one Indian would be saved. A wise man once said when I didn't know much I wanted many of my unanswered prayers to come true but as I got wiser I'm glad things are just the way they are. Just like the OT God used many means to go about causing the greater good of His people. It's easy to view the world with our human glasses on and say hey this should be like this or that. But we know that God works all things for the good of His people.

Well Jim...

This is the third time the question will be asked...

Do you get paid to post this stuff, or do you do it to pass the time?

You seem terribly invested in this propaganda for someone who has no children.

There is a very good chance that the leprocy outbreak is linked to tuberculosis. If the students are from Mexico or Central America , and since 90,000 came into the United States since 2014, there have been an incredible uptick of documented cases of TB. And in Mexico, they do not have mandatory inoculations nor in Central America. So if true, it's the worse case scenario for the open borders gang and the anti inoculation crowd, a gaggle of undocumented children who have TB. It's already in the holding areas and there are so many ICE and border patrol agents with TB in addition , they are pulling female agents away from holding areas because of these issues with Zika. Open borders is unbiblical- Check out Dr. Andy Woods from Sugarland Bible Church, Jim, it's pretty informative.

"they are testing the Tuberculosis vaccine against Leprosy"

that's comforting, they also seem to like to use ecoli for a lot of things.
hopefully it won't turn out like the polio campaign with thousands of cases of acute flaccid paralysis

"just squirt anything into kids' arms"

well, ya, duh... whatever they are ordered to do.

Penny, I would suggest you read the article in my message before yours. Yes, they are testing the Tuberculosis vaccine against Leprosy in both India and Brazil. They don't use it the U.S., and you thought American doctors just squirt anything into kids' arms. I suggest you read this for more general information, ]]http://tinyurl.com/d4qmu29 (Top 20 Questions about Vaccination).

It certainly would be good if they found an effective vaccine for Leprosy, though they haven't as yet. They probably won't develop one if the U.S. has anything to do about it, because Leprosy isn't a problem in the U.S.

By the way, Kev, unless C.A.I.R. is wildly supportive of this fellow, perhaps there isn't much to worry about, correction there's nothing to worry about because the Republicans aren't going to confirm any Obama judicial appointee so the question is moot. By the way, he isn't the first. ]]http://tinyurl.com/huweouo (VIDEO: Muslim judge, sworn in on Quran in New York, Muslim Melee Ensues) as Pam Geller points out.

codevelopment with US FDA, experimentation on the marginalized with a perceived market created in US.... business as usual.
Kev, I didn't ignore your questions the other day, that is important is how they view themselves to be atoning for their sins, since there is no shedding of blood, there must be a mix of some bizarre works oriented stuff. phariseeism and zealotry and essene movement you can see in biblical times, but what about now? ... seems like we should know that, eh?
From what I can figure out from my reading of the OT they were allowed only to give animal sacrifices in the temple that like you said was destroyed. I was wandering if this was the Jewish view point or if some teaching in the Talmud or something addresses this. Don't know much about Judaism except for the OT.

Disclaimer I would not consider the Talmud to be included if you know what I mean.

Hope you liked my link sister.

Not sure what it has to do with the thread, gentlemen? Going to treat all ]]Muhammadans like lepers.

There really isn't a vaccine for Leprosy ]]http://tinyurl.com/za5rzfe (Leprosy Vaccine in the United States), or for ]]Muhammadans. However, perhaps a dual purpose vaccine can be had that will cure one of Islam and Dominionism? they flood our country with people not even vetted for illness, we get rampant exposure to new and crazy illnesses and in turn they force vaccinate the youth who get sicker and sicker. in the meantime Americans have less and less kids as the burdern for each one increases and as they have to work 2,3,4 jobs to make ends meet, essentially making them slaves (so that they can hear from their denominations how priveldged they are).

I watch this whole thing unfold and wonder when the sheep will catch on.

zika virus was patented by Rockefeller by the way, 1947, and Gates was doing GM mosquito experiments and releasing them before all this came out.... the underbelly of scientific experimentation and eugenics was revealed in the undercover videos of baby parts being traded. I believe the Lord is trying to alert His church.
