'Abortion is a Gift From God' Says Taxpayer-Funded Art
"Abortion is a gift from God," by Heather Ault from the 4000 Years for Choice collection.
The University of Michigan paid $1,000 to pro-choice artist Heather Ault, who delivered a presentation and presented her "4,000 Years of Choice" collection. One piece in the collection declares "abortion is a gift from God."
2 Corinthians 4:3-4 KJV [3] But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: [4] In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Interesting, SF. I have always been of the opinion that forcing mothers to see ultrasounds would change some minds. Maybe just not hers. I think it's incredible how pro choicers can say a baby in the womb isn a baby. What about if I took a newborn and put him/her in a paper bag...Would the baby suddenly have become unborn and no longer worthy of life? I don't know...we're talking about human life and people seem so dead inside; so barbaric, cold, and void of any empathy.
This reminds me of an article I read by a doula. She had chosen to kill her baby via abortion and is at peace with it. She stated two things that shocked me (it shoulsnt have but it did) 1) She said even if an ultrasound was required to be shown to women before an abortion she wouldnt havd changed her mind. 2) There was no way anyone could convince her a fetus was a baby. This coming from a doula??????
2 Timothy 3:2,3 "For men shall be lovers of their ownselves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, WITHOUT NATURAL AFFECTION......"
Lady virtue, well said. It reminds me of the story in the bible that talks of the woman cutting their babies from the wombs, we think "oh, how brutal and barbaric!" And to think , they didn't even have the ultra sound imagery yet, to see the beautiful little babies. We have ghetto imagery, we know how they develope, we know they are unique and yet, we rip them from the womb, by selfish, self serving people. THEN, if they make it out alive and seem viable yet, we deny them medical care. We call it a baby if we want it, and a fetus if we don't. Aren't we glad our mothers chose to be bothered enough to have us! Argh, Jesus, please come soon.
How sad that many women have bought into feminist dogma and are unable to see the protection and blessing of their husband's headship (Eph. 5:23) and the ability to conceive and bear, given by God, as good. Far too many look at these things as burdensome and oppressive, when in fact they are just the opposite. It's another example of calling evil good (Isaiah 5:20).
Lord, I pray thee, open our blinded eyes and give us sight.
Again, consider the logic: murder a child while in the womb, by any means, and nobody bats an eye or says a word. Murder that same.baby the moment he/she is born, and you are a monster. The world can't figure out how any person could be so damaged that they could be capable of such an atrocity. The world gathers enmasse demanding justice for the baby girl or boy while the same baby, if murdered before arrival, wowould be tossed out like common trash. What an age of deceipt and utter blindness, and it's going to get worse...
You would think one would at least provide a chapter and verse when stating something is a gift from God, but I didnt see anything but feminist nonsense.
Actually children are a gift from God, and are not meant to be butchered in the womb.
Psalms 127:3 "Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward."
