In an exclusive email interview with WND, Graham, 94, who is giving what may be his last message to the world as part of the My Hope America with Billy Graham evangelistic outreach in early November, said the world is “coming toward the end of the age.”
“There’s a great deal to say in the Bible about the signs we’re to watch for and when these signs all converge at one place we can be sure that we’re close to the end of the age,” Graham wrote. “And those signs, in my judgment, are converging now for the first time since Jesus made those predictions.”
In his new book, “The Reason for My Hope: Salvation,” the famed preacher who has delivered the gospel message to more people face-to-face than anyone in history wrote the great hope of the Christian faith rests in the promised return of Christ....
And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. (Revelation 20:4-6 NKJV)
This first Ressurection is after the Tribulation, not prior.
The first disciples were all awaiting the immanent rapture- they were not awaiting the anti Christ but waiting for the church. We therefore should be doing likewise- it will occur when we least expect it-
The pope might be a Mackem - a supporter of Sunderland football team in the north-east of England. Sometimes, people born and bred in Sunderland are called Mackems. I guess Geordie (name for people from Newcastle) will put me right if I'm wrong.
Yes Dolores ....the Lord Jesus Christ says He is the only Way to the Father.John 14:6. Mr. Graham is wrong by his statement that there are different ways to Heaven. He is a false teacher.
Sorry for all the misspelled words because this nook I'm on has small letters and I hit the wrong letter but maybe you can get what I'm trying to get across.
I saw the video about Billy G raham..what he said eas he at this point in his life he was no longer trying to be God..he's saying there will be true believers from all different religions with different doctrines. Heis no longer playing Judge and jury to the world..that is God's job. Why he put it the way he did puzzles because Baptist believ there is only one way to God and that being Jesus. There is one preacher that never lost his fire up until his death. Now I changelle you to watch some of the videos of David Wilkerson..of the prosperous preaching that are duping the elderly and poor out of their..he calls them ravous wolves in sheep clothing! Watch the 3 part videos on his book "The Vision" written in 1973 and watch what he wrote coming to place right now..or you can turn a deaf ear and go on and miss God's messages just as they did in the days of Noah as they riducled and ignored his warnings.
Hi Lisa, well, you know more than I do now. I see the commercials but don't really pay much attention other than to see elderly people holding the bottles with smiles on their faces...ha-ha.
Anyway, Frank...hello, and good day! I keep forgetting, when I do have the time, to have you send me your notes. If you see this, maybe I can get them today, or at your leisure.
Just joking you little whippersnappers. I was just being a Johnny wise acre. I have no idea how old (or young) anyone is save for a few. I'm 97...or am I? Hmmm. I'm not sure right now. Where's my metamucil? Sorry, bad habit thinking out loud. Alright, nap time...

I have been around long enough to know that people you never heard a peep from prayed for you. Also, I think some of these people are so old that they doze off midway into their posts, waking up with cheerios stuck to their face and not even knowing where they are...ha-ha.
Re formal churches- regarding a baptist church I used to attend ( attended many years)- I am aware of at least 5 cases of child sex abuse at the hands of males attending that church....
John UK, you said it very well..never thought of it like that but it's true and l am learning through this how to handle things in other areas of my Christian walk as well.
Penny, you are fine and like John uk said we really need to hear others thoughts and you were right about poor Gs. I was hard on him and he really is a nice christian guy. It is hard to find a good Church, especially the things young people are having to deal with now it is so needed.
