The latest annual report from the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) shows nearly 300 of the country's Fortune 500 businesses offer workplaces with insurance, employment and retirement policies friendly to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) workers.
When HRC released its first Corporate Equality Index a decade ago, only 13 companies made the list.
"The numbers are irrefutable: The more successful a business is in the United States, the more likely it is to embrace equality," HRC President Chad Griffin wrote in a letter accompanying the report....

I am not trying to be mean but we love to soften the words don't we. LGBT - biblical definition is Sodomites. We love to soften the name so it does not seem like sin. America is losing, if it has not lost it already - Gods hand of protection that we have had on our nation. Judgement is on her way if we as a nation do not repent and turn back to God.
Hey guys and girls, I've been doing a lot of thinking and realize that I have been lashing out, posting out of anger, and probably doing more talking than listening lately. The "what would you do" threads really dragged me down mentally but it was beginning before that. I find myself getting angry, and lashing out and I'm not sure why. That's not the lighthearted person I usually am and all I can think of is that the home life is carrying over, turning me into someone I don't care for lately. I can tell its effecting the board as well because I find myself having to defend myself more and more. Sometimes my thoughts are simply misunderstood, but others could be worded much different. The point of this is to apologize to anyone I may have frustrated, offended, etc. That's really not the person I am and have to get to the bottom of it. Until then, I will always be full of opinions, but I'll try to tame it down and get my thoughts across is a much friendlier, less combative manner. Not to mention, do a bit more listening. Many of you, you know who you are, have been really helpful, and I consider you friends even though we've never met. This is the reason I even care to relay this message. Okay, back to the news...
