Church minister to tweet Holy Communion to the faithful
In a modern spin on Christianity's most sacred rite, worshippers are being invited to break bread and drink wine or juice in front of their computers as they follow the service online.

Churches usually require a priest to take the Eucharist, but the Rev Tim Ross, a Methodist minister, will send out a prayer in a series of Tweets ‚Äď messages of up to 140 characters ‚Äď to users of Twitter.

If the service was doctrinally, rightly dividing The Word of Truth: I certainly would take part. I am crippled and have serious illness which makes it difficult to go to Church or anywhere. God bless!

That is totally ridiculous that the term Sacrament means that something has efficacy(or power in its performance). I do not believe that about the term Sacrament. I believe that a Sacrament is just a church ceremony dealing with a stage in life. And Wesley who started the Methodist Church was Born Again and Wesley did not believe that a Sacrament has something to do with salvation.

None of the magic acts of these churches are sanctioned by God.
If by magic act you are referring to the doctrine of transubstantiation then you are correct to state that God does not sanction it. But the Anglican Church and Methodist Church does not believe in transubstantiation.

None of the magic acts of these churches are sanctioned by God, I believe I have pointed that out to you numerous times, such as the ]]Blasphemy of the Mass, or ]]The Sacraments (43-51) in general.

Quite right, Rick, but then communion isn't a sacrament its an ordinance, and the grand-daughter of the Romish Church, the Methodist one can't honestly do even the latter. ]]The Modernist Preacher - Entering Hell
What the H do you mean by that the Methodist Church is the grand-daughter of the RCC? The Methodist Church was founded by Wesley who was an Anglican priest who left the Anglican Church. And furthermore Holy Communion is a Sacrament. A Sacrament is just a church ceremony dealing with a stage in life and has nothing whatsoever to do with salvation. That is my definition of a Sacrament which is more logical then believing that a Sacrament has something to do with salvation.
