An expert on terrorism is warning the United States should be fighting Islamization, which she believes already is under way. And author Brigitte Gabriel should know: She watched it happen in her native Lebanon.
"Lebanon used to be the only majority Christian country in the Middle East," Gabriel told radio talk show host Andrea Shea King in a recent hour-long interview "Most people today do not know that. We were the majority, the Muslims were the minority, but as the years went by, the Muslims became the majority because of their birth rate, but also because of our open-border policy....
Regardless of whether or not you have, the book details her reality of living in a country that has been decimated by the Muslims. It is a personal account of her survival, not a book on theology.
Whether or not she is a born again Christian, or one in name only, does not take away from lessons that can be learned from what happened to her and her family and others in her country.
You are the one who is undiscerning if you do not consider Islam a threat to the American way of life - namely, freedoms that many in the world have never known - including the freedom to worship, as well as the freedom of speech.
B. Gabriel is a professional propagandist that fronts for the neoconservatives and their Zionist agenda for a "new middle east", and should not be considered as an objective or true Christian spokesperson. Research her for yourself. She is of the same "theology" as Hagee. She has DIRECT connections with neocons and Project for New American Century members and Zionists like James Woolsey.
Militant Islam is not a threat when compared to the Federal Fascism being erected over our heads, contrary to the Constitution. Tired of fake "Christian" propaganda sites playing their role--for filthy lucre--including sources with similar ties to neoconservatives like Jihad Watch, et al.
This is what is fueling the agenda for unjust and unconstitutional wars, and Homeland Tyranny here, on the basis of irrational, paranoid fear while the real threat of terrorism, statistically speaking, is microscopic!
Americans have more to fear from each other, and their government, and driving their cars, than this phony threat of Islamic terrorism (absent for 7 years), until election cycles.
The Bible commands true Christians to use discernment, "test the spirits" (including motives) when people speak, and "examine everything" carefully, lest they be led into hasty and mob-type errors.

I agree with you; however, very few believe in the God of whom you refer. What He has ordained will occur. God bless you...

Western society has all but rejected Christ. Of course, that will impact society. I have 5 mosques within 15 minutes of my house. Who will you fight? The Muslims that move in next door? To what end?
It is naive to think that to give Muslims free access to western countries will not have an impact on your society. While it is essential that we befriend Muslims so that we can win them to Christ the reality is that Christians are not reaching out to Muslims and bringing them to Christ. It is equally naive to sit back on your lorals and let your society to be overtaken by Islamic extremist by adhering to a defeatist attitude, by saying “on well there is nothing we can do” just look at Lebanon as an example. For evil to rule we just have to sit back as we have here in England and before you know it you have home grown terrorists. In England Islam is beginning to have an impact as more and more Muslims are being elected to local governmental positions. While indeed God is sovereign, we are still to be active and at times that means fighting for the our freedoms and our rights. Anyone who has a true understanding of Islam will realise that it is a religion of power, domination and it is graphical in that according to Islamic law if you set up a mosque in a town that town thus belongs to the Muslim faith. To say nothing of its intolerance to other faiths. Thatthere are many other religions in our socities today it opens up the prospect of doing mission on our very doorsteps.

I really disagree. This is a great opportunity for the church. This is a time to befriend, share lives, and make disciples. God is bringing the Muslims to us because we did not go to them.
While the threats of Islam are certainly a reality there is something missing in the article that oversees everything and that is the Sovreignty of God. The last time I read in the word of God it still tells me that God is Sovreign.

This is what comes from mixing Christianity with American/Democratic idolatry and politics.
Just before the Texas Revolution, the Mexican Army came to Goliad to seize the cannon used by the people to repel marauding Native Americans. The Texans held up a flag, "Come and Take it". We shall offer the Islamic militants the same deal that Harold offered the Vikings in England....all the land that they want....six foot at a time.
America is being overrun in more ways than one !!!
It's not just Radical Islam, it's --
ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AND THIS FOOLISH GOVERNMENTS UNWILLINGNESS TO "STOP" IT
GOVERNMENT SPONSORED INFILTRATION OF ILLEGAL FOREIGNERS PROCURING U.S. BANK LOANS TO PARTISIPATE IN "PROPERTY"/"HOME" OWNERSHIP HERE IN AMERICA (THE COUNTRY THEY'VE ILLEGALLY INVADED)
ROGUE JUDGES LEGISLATING FROM THE BENCH THWARTING THE CONSTITUTION AND THE WILL OF "THE PEOPLE"
A GOVERNMENT FILLED WITH POWER HUNGRY FOOLS WHO HAVE LOST THE VISION OF MORALITY AND DECENCY FOR THE GOOD, WELL-BEING AND SAFTY OF AMERICA'S SOCIAL FABRIC
GOVERNMENT SPONSORED REVISIONISM (THE REDEFINING OF AMERICA'S "TRUE HISTORY" BEING TAUGHT IN SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT AMERICA)
GOVERNMENT SPONSORED FORCED INDOCTRINATION OF "OUR" CHILDREN WITH THE SINFUL LIFE-STYLE ESPOUSED BY SODOMITES, LESBIANS, TRANS-GENDERED AND BISEXUALS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT AMERICA
GOVERNMENT SPONSERED ABANDONMENT OF AMERICAN WORKERS (ALLOWING BIG BUSINESS TO LEAVE AMERICA FOR CHEAP LABOR ELSEWHERE)
CORUPT GOVERNMENT SERVING GREEDY BIG BUSINESS AND NOT "WE THE PEOPLE" (EXIBIT “A”: THE $850 BILLION DOLLAR BLUNDER)
The state of the world is never a good reason for making decisions on evangelism, religion or theology. As to fighting wars with guns etc, we can see that God commanded His people to take over a country and kill the people there, - viz Canaan. Obviously God is more concerned with eternal life than He is with temporal life. We as people of God and followers of Christ will never be accepted in this current worldly existence. Because of Him (His name) not because of us. We are strangers in a strange place walking a tightrope by faith, and not by sight. The Son of God was persecuted, beaten and crucified by all that is worldly then and now. We can expect no less, but to lay down our lives for the object of our faith, Christ Jesus.
John 15:20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. 21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
Luk 12:51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division
Anna, I am not saying we should roll over and play dead if attacked, but there are some who believe we must 'take back' this world for Jesus. This is not biblical. This is a difficult one. On the one hand, we took back the world as it were from Hitler. Should we have done? or should we have turned the other cheek, waiting for the world to pass away as foretold in Scripture? I do not know the answer to it all either but believe we were right to defend ourselves from evil at the time. Many back then believed judgement day was upon them !
JHawk, where does scripture command us to 'take back' a fallen world? It would appear you are the one living in a dream world. "Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying 'where is the promise of this coming?'for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up" 2 Peter 3:3 & 10. Sounds to me like this world as we know it is going to cease to exist. It is hard to argue against God's spoken word.

Where in the Bible does it say that we are to take back the world?
Joh 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.
1Jn 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
Joh 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
1Jn 5:19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.
We are under an Islamic invasion due to the spiritual vacuum in this nation. This nation has spurned the Holy One of Israel, broken His commandments, and rejected His Son. Thus, He is turning us over to the Babylonians. God and His principles never change.
Our nation's Christian identity has been on the wane for decades now leaving a nice big spiritual hole for Islam and other spiritual persuations to fill.
If you ask me, it's not Islam that's "taking over". Rather anything and everything that is Non-Chritian is "taking over".
A true Christian revival would be very timely now.
enough already wrote: Patriot, the bible has a beginning, and an ending. So does this present world. It would appear we are racing to that very end which Revelation speaks of. No one can take back this world for God, He will destroy it and bring forth a new heaven and earth. This is not about fighting for some make believe man induced freedom {Only God can grant true lasting freedom}, we are called to preach the gospel of Christ, that is the only freedom one needs. America will lose her 'superpower status' because of the wickedness that lies within our borders. If we would evangelize the lost instead of worrying about our freedom, we would be better off. Your speech would have been effective during either WW1 or WWII, but this is a much different world, one that is quickly passing away. Fight for what is lasting, the salvation of lost human souls.
That's the most defeatist thing I've ever seen. You go on live in your rapture/left behind/etc dreamworld. I'll do what the Bible says and take back the world.
Guess what? By your logic, Christianity, salvation and all that ended with the Bible. So I guess your doomed.
