Dear Friends of Parkway,
It is once again time to make your plans to attend our January Bible Conference. This
year’s dates are January 15-18, 2009. Our regular list of scheduled speakers are, Brother Dr. Ira Campbell will be preaching at the end of each day. Brother Johnie Carter will be preaching on Wednesday evening, and again the second message on Sunday morning. Brother Wyman Steptoe will be preaching the first message on Sunday morning. Of course the rest of the preaching appointments will be from the floor as the Lord leads.
Concerning the preaching there are only a couple of things that we ask. first, bring the KJV of the Bible to preach from. This is not a preachers meeting. It is not intended to instruct preachers in anything, but to exalt the Sovereign God, edify the Saints of God, and to evangelize Sinners to God.
This is indeed a highlight of the year for us here at Parkway Baptist Church. We have not patterned our conference after any other. We hope to minister to whomever gets to come, but we are also praying and trusting that GOD will use the men of God to minister to us during this time.
