When Richard Dawkins can answer this simple question I may listen to what he has to say and not until then. Richard, The complex, mechanisms needed to decode the DNA, and to proof-read it for errors are themselves proteins, coded in the DNA. Thus we have the classic chicken and egg problem: since proteins are needed to read, check and manufacture DNA, and DNA is needed to make proteins, which came first in the alleged evolutionary process?I watched the movie "Expelled" when it first came out in which Richard Dawkins stated emphatically that evolution is a fact. But, then when pressed on how life began here on earth he stated aliens must have seeded it here, and we are supposed to take him seriously. Richard, where did these aliens come from? |

Don’t all you people criticizing homosexuals know that homosexuality is normal, while those who oppose them have a mental illness? In a September, 1992 editorial in The New York Times, Dr. Richard Isay asserts that a “consensus is growing among mental health professionals that homophobia, the irrational fear and hatred of homosexuals, is a psychological abnormality that interferes with the judgment and reliability of those afflicted.” (Isay is chairman of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual Issues Committee, of the American Psychiatric Association.) Now, it wasn’t that long ago those same psychiatrists believed homosexuality was a form of mental illness. Now, as a Christian I do not FEAR nor do I HATE homosexuals (as people), what I do hate though is the act of sodomy. Woe to those who claim evil is good and good is evil. |

Lance Eccles, according to you “There is only one church, so there is no need to specify.” Now I’m a bit simple, therefore, could you please “specify” for my edification, what church that would be? As far as I am aware there are hundreds if not thousands of different churches, denominations, sects, etc., all having different doctrines and many unable to agree about who Jesus was. (Some denying that Jesus was God come down in human form.) No, all churches are not the same and the Bible warns us to be careful of teachers who roam like ravenous wolves devouring Christians who do not have a good grounding in God’s word. Finally, we should always check EVERY doctrine that a church may teach against what is taught in the pages Bible to see whether it be of God, for Satan has his own ministers who lead many astray. |
