Isn't it amazing John that for thousands of years mankind has existed and lived to a ripe old age (for some) in the previous centuries without the great modern insight of what to eat and how to eat properly???

I wonder how they managed to live without your nutritional expertise.
Its really bamboozling. You must be mystified by all this?

Whats all this problem with food?
Did GOD not record in His Holy Writ....

Acts 10:12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
