John, for me, personally, beheading would be easier than going to prison. I would be a wimp suffering in prison. The mere thought of not having freedom to come and go, or speak, is too much.

Death, OTOH, is more palatable. Maybe it's just that I've lived long enough, and experienced enough of what the world offers, that I really don't love the world, or what it offers. I guess you could say that I am one of those who "loved not their life unto death."

I hope you are right, but Scripture talks about Israel being alienated in the end times.

Netanyahu is a courageous man standing alone on the world scene in an attempt to defend his small piece of land in the Middle East, where Iran is determined to wipe Israel off the map. His speech at the UN showed the measure of the man.

The Israel/American relationship is a tenuous one because of the allegiance of Obama to the Muslim world. He is an appeaser. Without American support, Israel will be on its own, and the world will be its enemy.

Zechariah 12:2,3 says, "Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around;...and all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it."

Why should we not think that end time events are happening before our very eyes? Why believe otherwise?

Things are lining up. The dollar is almost certain to be replaced, perhaps with the new currency that is being discussed by world leaders.

The New World Order is talked about incessantly.

Health care reform may be the means to create not just health care for America but to start the process for identifying people through an injectable chip that can be scanned.

The world is in confusion, becoming increasingly unstable, looking for a saviour. Many leaders are vocal about Obama being the savior of the world.

Like the Nobel Peace Prize, was Obama handed his degree from Harvard?

I hope that you are right about Obama being a one termer, but I think the power is now behind Obama, and an American electorate will not be able to stop him.

He has already defied the Constitution by establishing power with a group of radical people who are establishing the new direction for this country. He has concentrated power, and Congress is doing little to stop him.

There are too many without scruples who stand to prosper by supporting him, and too little power with the voting public.

These people make the laws. They are also in control of the voting mechanisms, and they shape the districts to keep themselves in power.
