I'm so glad people recognize that this article is really about slavery in England and America. Even I was starting to believe the article had something to do with John MacArthur, and Christians being slaves to the Lord. Even the black pastor missed it. He was right to begin with, before he heard the whole story. This article really is about the institution of slavery. Thank you S/A Posters. With your usual alacrity you jumped in and stratightened this matter out before two post could be posted. I'm sure that one guy is going to try to say you got "Off Topic" but he is not as intellegent as some. The institution of slavery. Yep, that's the topic. Remember, it's not MacArthur, or slavery to Christ. Feel free to take any phrase, or even a single word from this post and morph the thread into even another topic. And by all means, feel free to insult and demean me as well. It relly demonstrates where you are. |

Christ is Michael the Chief (Arc) Messenger. He is not an angel. Angel literally means messenger Depending on the context, it can either be referring to God Himself or a human or a created spirit being (or angel). Michael is one of the Chief Princes (Heads or First-ones).

Al Gore's divorce, the oil spill, Sermon Audios new look. Alabama's governer, the shack, All news items are really ony about one issue; The NASB or the AV. Please Jim, and all your opponants, fill All these threads with Translation arguments. None of us really want to see remarks regarding the news item. We are all hoping to see these threads devoted to Transltion Arguments. After all, there is no thread dedicated to the subject. I think we need to stop even listening to sermons unless they deal with the translation debate.
BTW; everyone knows that if you post One more argument, you will persuade Jim to use the AV. And Jim knows, without a shadow of a doubt, that if he gives us one more Link, we will all be convinced to use the NASB. Even though you post a Full 500 times.

Well my work on this thread is done, finished, completed, ended, accomplished, wraped up, and ready to go. For the two, the duo, the couple of people that I wanted to bait, snag, expose, highlight, and reveal, have responded in the expected, believed, and pre figured way I had thought,in fighting, bickering, and hostility, by being sure, positive and convinced that I was talking about, referring to, and pointing to them and not the other guy. For evryone else; thank you for seeing the humour, comedy, irony, and jovialness of my posts, that has pointeed out, called attention to, made obvious, and clarified the fact, and position, that the thread here has pretty well started repeating itself over, and over again and again. And yes I am a KJ, AV, TR, Full Manusript man. But I know, realise, and believe that good Ol' Jimmy will persevere, contiue, and not relent, in his persuit to try to make us put down our bibles and start using his NASB, NASB, NASB.
