Why do you post quotes by perverts (i.e. Filipovic)? Her argument is terrible. It's the fallacy of relative privation. And, God had no reason to tell mankind to do anything about "natural abortions" because, aside from taking good care of their own bodies (i.e. stewardship), people in 1400 B.C. couldn't exactly stop the natural loss of fertilized eggs. But, Christians did save babies from exposure in the ancient Roman world, and the mid-wives did disobey Pharaoh.

This isn't rocket science. God gave the civil minister one big job... stop the evildoer (e.g. the killing of innocent people). He didn't ever tell the civil minister to create environments wherein life would "grow better."

His opponent has publicly (on his website) supported state-funded child killing, destruction of the freedom of conscience/religion, state-wide stealing and covetousness.

The passage below agrees with your statement, in part; Christ did die for these types of sins too. He saved people from the second death. One should remember Boehner's support of a queer candidate in California, the agenda of even the right-wing Catholics is not Christian.
