The natural man hates God, and so must replace him with one of his own imagination or deny his existence altogether.
The article doesn't provide a lot of detail, but it does seem that this was here in the states for sure, and this does seem to be another piece of evidence pointing to an apparent growing bias against Christianity. However, many companies restrict computer use for personal reasons, even during downtime, and it is their right to do so. This is reasonable for government computers as well.
