I would agree with GS... Penned has always been most upfront concerning her eschatology, as it is what I believe the Bible teaches also. Why always the misunderstandings and harsh words from some on this board? If you don't agree...fine. Don't give Satan a toehold, I see a very prideful spirit from some and God forgive me when I have exhibited it also.
Agree 100% Jessica....easy to give pious platitudes when you are aloof from the real life situation. What does a 77 year old man that wears a dress ,never been married and lives in opulent wealth and believes he is the vicar of Christ know about reality?
I agree Dolores....God has given us all good things to enjoy. No all of us are blessed with Godly children and family. So having a pet or pets can help ease the loneliness that one experiences in later life.

I am reminded to pray for all those that I know. was listening to an interview with attorney John Haller, also a teacher, pastor, who is preparing his people so they will remain faithful to Christ (false churches will give their people a false sense of security, so that they will be emboldened to sin). he was saying something to the effect that in CA to be a judge you are disqualified if you belong to any organizations that aren't equal opportunity (gay friendly). to say this isn't happening yet is to be avoiding the subject. he was asking, what are pastors going to do when their people are losing work over these things? Christ said to visit those in prison. That is to be associated with believers among you who are persecuted, and to enter into suffering with them, not to turn on them in the false name of romans 13, as was promoted by Hitler.
Hi penned, do you have a link to Mr. Haller would be interested in listening to him? Thanks.

Likewise I naturally, or even unintentionally, interject the modern pronunciations or forms of the words, typically saying "you" for "thee", or skipping the "-est""-eth", out of relaxation, or error, you name it. But to be safe, and to leave off all old and unnecessary debates, KJV only under this pate. Do unto others as you would have them do to you, strictly. And J-Linc, you're throwing books of paper and ink, but thus saith the Lord, try throwing the hearts that those books are inscribed upon. Kick against the pricks without breaking your own foot.

Have you listened to any of Wurmbrands messages? People have him uploaded to youtube, amazing how the Lord encouraged him in a prison cell!
Penned and SF....we too are unable to find a biblical local church. The closest is two hours away...no fellowship because we are not locals. but the Lord is the strength of our lives
