When the Kentucky legislature comes back into session in January 2016, they are going to pass a law and put marriage license on line. You simply go on line, fill out the forms, pay your fee, print it all out and sign the dotted line. Then, by the magic of the INTERNET, it's no ones fault. No one to blame. No sin has been committed because it's automatic. |

Perhaps, if I may,I can shed some light on this subject. I too am a registered democrat, here in KY. There are more democrats in KY than republicans. We tend to vote republican in the national elections mostly. However, the democratic party in Kentucky still has many conservatives. That too, however, is changing. And yes, according to some on SA, I can not be a Christian. However, I love the Lord with all my heart, and Jesus is my savior. |

Wow wrote: What an edifying news thread with so many mature civil responses one to another...I thought this was an adult Christian site where one could go and engage with common courtesy and civility...instead it reads like a schoolyard slugfest. Believe it or not Wow, there used to be some very edifying discussions on SA. However, in the last year or so it's gotten a bit nasty and bullying has become the standard. I quit commenting so much because of this very thing. Stick around, it does get better!!! |

Well, I'd like to weigh in on this subject, as it is near and dear to my heart! Let me start off by saying I have grown to love most people on here, even though we have never met. Mike from NY, Christopher, Jim from Lincoln, Penny and my personal favorite, John of the UK. My son developed autism when he was 2. Before, he was a healthy beautiful little red haired boy that was developing typically. We took him to his pediatric appointment in September and had them give him the flu vaccine. It was filled with mercury. With in the month he had stopped talking, looking at us and sleeping. We spent the most miserable 6 months of our life getting things lined out for him. He still gets therapy weekly and he talks now. He even goes to some typical classes at school. I love my son with all my heart!!! I'm not educated enough in theology to know if this happened because of our actions or is this something God placed before us. I know that my son is a true and perfect gift from God and I'm thankful for the path. I'm sorry to all for the long post. Just wanted to get this out there. Oh yes, Trevor has not gotten any more shots since his diagnoses. And he never will. That's MY call!!! |
