I've seen this drug abuse take place so many times. I have loved ones that have chronic pain of some sort or another and are on multiple pills. They're all the same in the end, each sleeps all day, has gone loopey in the head, has all kinds of other issues now such as stomach problems which leads to more medicine, the Dr is their god as their lives revolve around him and their appts, and by golly don't you ever let them run out or else you'll have an even crazier person to deal with!

Indeed Penny it does elevate the biblical role of motherhood.

Speaking of grandma making sauerkraut that's on my agenda today. And just took our yogurt out of incubation this morning. When you look up preserving foods by fermenting them it really leaves you in awe of our Creator. He designed things in an amazing way.

Wanted to add: I Feel bad for Anna as well. She has been deceived in a horrible fashion. Now I would never encourage a saint to leave a marriage in such scenario nor would I encourage them to stay knowing that I myself could not stay if I were in their shoes. Just my humble two cents worth....

I'm not a fan of the duggars. Personally I think there's too much Hollywood and love of money/attention in their lives. However, we can't blame the success or failure of a child on the parents. Each person is to blame for their own sins. Parents do need to biblically train their children. They will be held accountable for that not for whether or not their training resulted in a godly child or not. God, as in my case, can draw a wretched sinner from. an ungodly home. Or, in anothers case, a wretched sinner can remain unconverted in a godly home. Because Josh grossly sinned does not mean the methods were wrong (courting, being a keeper at home for women and a provider of the home for men, etc) it just means Josh has a nasty sin he needs to deal with. No where in the Bible are we promisee life will be good if we follow Jesus. In fact we're told to pick up our cross, die to self, etc. etc.

I might take a beating over this but that's alright. When the family first aired they came off different. As time has gone on I've seen the world slowly slip in. That's to be expected. You can't play with fire and not wind up burnt. Hollywood is no place for christians. I don't think much of christian celebrities. :shaking head:

I listened to the debate the other night on the radio. Trump was unprofessional in that he kept interrupting and hogging the talking time. Immature if you ask me. Not fit for a ruler. My biggest issue with Trump is that he finds his daUghter attractive. He has publicly commented on her body. That's disgusting!!! I wonder if he would go so far as to make his gross desires legal......sodomite "marriage" has already been deemed acceptable. Incest is the next step. Whose to say Trump ain't the man to do it? He's also deceiving. I do not trust him. Nor Hillary. Shucks if it comes to them two we're up the creek without a paddle.

This makes me irate! Perhaps he should be more honest and reword it as such "If you don't go to a big church you're selfish because you're not giving us your money"

Ladybug, I find your attitude encouraging despite your less then idea situation. I share your love of being home with the family. Truly "be it ever so humble theres no place like home."

Or to give a spin on Kenneth's comment why would a christian watch a sport that has naked men for women to lust after. Modesty goes both ways.

Allie wrote: "Our male leaders in government are the feminists, not so much the women."

Not true. The women are big feminists; that's why they're leaders in government.

"Ladies you have been duped into thinking That marriage and child rearing was bondange.....God's design is the way and the only way that allows women to flourish. Children will flourish as well."
Ain't that the truth!

Sc, I once had a sodomite complain to me about a restaurant that asked a sodomite couple to leave because that restaurant was for families (meaning children were there) and the owner felt the couples display of affection (one had his hand on the others thigh) was inappropriate. This made the local news. The sodomite, that complained to me, biggest issue was that normal couples could get away with the same display of affection. Personally, I think acts as such should be left behind closed doors. Just drives home the point you're making with double standards. The sodomites are very aware of this and find it hypocritical.
