Are you having technical problems? We are currently not experiencing any technical problems but the download activity is certainly higher than normal. But even with the increased activity, the download speed should still be very fast for the most part. Some sermons will experience slower speeds than others. If you're running into an excessive problem, please send us an email and let me know which sermon (exactly) is going too slow and I'll try moving it to a different server. Thank you. |

David.. No, there is no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time. And you must keep your account on SermonAudio in order for your sermons to remain on the site. Let me know if you have any other questions at [email protected] |

We have used SermonAudio for a few years, and link our church website to SermonAudio so that the user can hear our pastors sermons. This required the user to click "Play," and the sermon would start. Both the stream and download versions We have confirmed this and have re-encoded these MP3s so that they should now be OK. For Windows XP and Windows Media Player, go to "Tools/Options" and under the "File Types" tab, select ALL. That should do it. |

Well, it seems that what started out as a simple need to explain the reason for the site being down for a period of time has degenerated and digressed in a direction that was not intended. All I can say is that we're doing our best and we hope we'll be able to continue to be of service to both churches and listeners alike for years to come. Thank you. |
