False doctrines aside,John should stop attending a Catholic church simply because he has different beliefs than the church he attends. I can think of a plethora of verses that exhort us to fellowship with likeminded believers and to stay clear of those that teach error.
Dorcas writes: What a blessing indeed! One of the clearest presentations of the Doctrines of Grace taken from holy Writ that I have read. And he made it available for free in PDF for all who want study and learn these great biblical truths!
Sounds interesting, where can I find this book? I'd rather have it as an actual book since I prefer the printed page, but if it is only available in PDF format I suppose I'll download it anyway.
2 Corinthians 7:9 Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing. 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
I don't live near Dallas, but I assure you that anyone I give the gospel to will hear a call to repentance.
I agree Dorcas, it has got a little ugly around here lately.
Ephesians 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, 4:2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; 4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Ive had comments about the RCC never post no matter if I used my phone or desktop. I just rephrase the comment until its excepted. Now I only bring this up because other posters post some incredibly rude, hateful stuff that makes on the board, but my simply referring to RCC being satanic wont?
