kenny wrote: I'd like to see a box with an option to display a picture of the folks who regularly post on the threads next to their comments. It would be nice to see what the regulars look like. Other sites have it and it's great. We'll look into this as a possible future feature. Thank you for the suggestion. We appreciate all feedback. |

There are a number of reasons why people get "unsubscribed" from the newsletter -- but the best way to make sure you are on the list to receive our newsletter would be to use the following form:]]http://www.sermonaudio.com/subscribe Also, remember that even if you miss a week, you can always view the latest newsletter using the "View Latest Newsletter" button on the Main Page of the site. Thank you. |

mrb wrote: why is it when I right click on download MP3 on a sermon I want - when I get ready to save it into a file it is an html file not audio file? Do not "right-click" on the Download link. Simply click on it normally. |

ggsmit wrote: Great tool BUT! How do I remove already downloaded material from the Transfer Agent (those in the list in 'step 1') apart from looking for it in the thousands of pages and de-selecting it OR re-installing TA every time I want to use it (although I'm not sure that that will solve the problem due to cacheing...)? Any help here please! God bless, Gabriël To do this, go to the "My Favorite Sermons" section on SermonAudio and click on "Remove All" to clear out the list and start adding more. |

You need to wait for the red "live webcast" button to light up. The BJU live webcasts do not start exactly on the hour because they are only putting the actual preaching section of their service. So it may actually be 1/2 an hour or more into the service. Thank you. |

Nathan wrote: Can I make this any smaller on my site? It is too long to fit in my content box. Can you show me the URL in which you are using the code? This will give us a better idea how to format future styles for this code. Thank you. |

depraved dean wrote: Every time I try to streamline a sermon on my iPhone I get a message saying safari cannot download this file??? Any help? Try clicking on the "Download MP3" link instead of the PLAY link if you are trying to use SermonAudio on an iPhone (which will work by the way). Thank you. |

Richard R. Reed wrote: Each time I click on " play audio (streaming)" I get a message in a new window (file download) saying,"the file you are downloading cannot be opened by the default program. It is either corrupted or it has an incorrect file type" As a security precaution, it is recommended that you cancel the download. How can I resolve this issue? dick reed. A good place to start would be the ]]audio help section of our site. You should be able to find a solution in there. If not, email us directly and we'll see how we can help. |

terry evans wrote: Maybe I just haven't found it, but is there, or could there be an area where people can chat. Maybe a more in depth discusion area, same rules, time, and space wise, but with no lead in question, or guide on the subjects. Unfortunately, the threads on the site is all that we have at the moment. But we will continue to explore ways to improve this for folks like yourself.terry evans wrote: ALSO, a ?, I can no longer go to SA on the laptop, from this am, did I do something wrong, ? I was told by M. Alpha to stay on subject last night,is that why ? Please give it another go. Many thanks. |

William E Dimond wrote: I need some real simple instructions to download sermons to my MP3 player and can't seem to find any on this website. Is there a place on the website to do this? I need simple, one step at a time instructions and have not been able to find any. I have the Windows Media 11 on PC but it is hard to understand how to do the most simple thing like transferring sermons to my MP3 player. Help please. Much of this depends on what kind of MP3 player you have (which brand). But the basic idea is that you will need to DOWNLOAD the MP3 file to your computer (by clicking on the Download MP3 link anywhere on the site). From that point, you'll need to copy the (downloaded) MP3 file from your computer to the MP3 player using either Windows Explorer itself, or using a software tool that works with the player. |

Discerning Believer wrote: I am having problems downloading one of the sermons from Jim Gable's series on the Whole Counsel of God. In fact, the whole series is extremely slow. http://www.sermonaudio.com/search.asp?sourceonly=true&currSection=sermonssource&keyword=mtolive&subsetcat=series&subsetitem=The+Whole+Counsel+of+God We are in the process of moving that entire series to another server. Try downloading it again in about an hour or so and see if it's any better. Thank you. |
