Well the Bible certainly is true the Gospel aka the Cross is offensive to the unsaved. I can't believe the depths satanic inclinations and habitation of a person will drive some people. Probably millions of cars have passed these crosses and not a peep but one individual can disrupt a whole state unbelievable. What a waste of our court system.

I think men who are married and force there wifes out to work have also bought into the lie for there own personal gain. I need a new boy toy so my wife's income pays for that instead of trying to stay out of debt and let women who clearly want to be at home with the kids be there. The other issue is divorce rates. Since GOD clearly made man the head of his house hold, then why would any husband want another man over his wife. That is exactly what happens when she is at work all day listening to her boss. Women become attracted to the dominate and most available male figure and if she's not a strong Christian then she could fall prey to adultery.

We have strayed from GOD not the consitution that's the by product of moving away from GOD. We need to turn and repent individually and live as Christians should and then you will see how GOD blesses a nation. Remember GOD does not and can not bless evil or wickedness so he's not going to bless America until those who are Americans repent.
Question what does democracy, shira law and communism have in common. They are all worldly systems. The Bible say's they are all worldly systems subject to their master satan Eph 6:12 so what would or better who would they elect to serve in this system? Certainly not a repented born again Christian but a atheist who's views align with the worldly system. Is is not a coincidence that all the world is promoting sodomy read 2 Peter 2:1 or 2 Peter chapters 2 and 3. Romans chapter 1 explains the depravity of this system that is why we are told to be "in the world but not of the world." Each day let's me know I am just a pilgrim on a journey because I see less and less of what makes the world so appealing to those who worship at the feet of satan.

This week Mayor Bloomberg expressed that we (Americans) have to show Muslims that we are more civilized and democratic by building the Mosque in New York. Do we not get it this a Holy war all religions are supposed to be submissive to Islam or die. There are no moderate muslims this is a rouse to convince the non-believing public that they are safe. We are pursecuted for being Christians (showing love and compassion for those who are sinning and destroying their lives and the ones around them) but Islam gets a pass because they don't bother us with that evangelizing or I must repent and stop living in sin. But my friend when they get to our shores in droves then you will understand how Islam evangelizes by the edge of the sword or die. Which is better to serve a GOD who requires no work but to believe on his Son Jesus Christ and what he did on the Christ and that was died for our sins or a god who has nothing but contempt and disdain for his creation and they constantly must work to please him and never coming to a peace to know if they every have.
President hum so why won't he grant interviews to real journalist? He is making a mockery of the office of Presidency and most Americans are falling hook line and sinker. Ephesians 4:23 And be renewed by the spirit of your mind. It took me a long time to understand the homosexual. Let's start with this if there was a fall then all things and thoughts are perverse. So homosexuality is a perversion because God has renewed our minds through salvation. But to the carnal mind that has not been renewed this lifestyle is 100% rational. We can try to counter with all the laws and protest but until a person not a group hears the Gospel they will continue in the lifestyle. So what is the answer. Be steadfast preach what is truth in the sight of God and let God deal with the sinner.
So we punish them later in prison? It has been well documented that you can't reason with a two year old. Become a social observer and go to a Wal-Mart any Saturday and you will see what happens when you don't use age appropriate discipline.
Hum national day of prayer? lets stop kidding ourselves into believing that one day is going to make this country more pleasing to God. I wish Christians would start being in the world and not of the world. We need to pray for revival not some man made notion of saving this country. This young man obvisouly got his marketing degree confused with his seminary degree if he has one. Speaking from a point of reference most black churches do not have men in the church because they are shams, cults and pastoring is a second income (google pulpitpimps.com.) No true biblical doctrines are taught no understanding of sola scriptura etc. And the biggie the Holy Spirit is not there. Your culture reflects your religion. Are black men taking responsibility in the home or in there neighborhoods? No! the Church has order and the male is the head. If men are not leaders in spiritual things then it will reflect in society. I attend a church and we have just as many males as females because most are married couples. Also noting the amount of single people this seems to be a safe dating service for some of the memebers.
Why not just call out KC and Sunshine band or Def Leper (I really do not care about the spelling.) Most of these churches are ran by baby boomers who think every thing is an experience. I have been listening to a series on Romans by Dr. Barnhouse and one thing that guy got right was that Worship is not an experience or a feeling. When you come away from real worship it takes your breath away because the word of God convicts. I would rather be in a small congregation (which I am) and hear the true counsel of God preached every Sunday and hear songs and hymns that say the words God and Jesus and do not refer to God as "Him". Than to be part of the great unevangelic contemporary church. Christainity was never meant to be a popularity contest. Remember Jesus only had 11 believer when he was cruxified.
The glorification for Darwinsim is qoute "standing up to God." That's the problem with sinners they want someone to stand up to God as Psalms 2:3 says "Let us break their bands asunder and cast their cords from us." See that is what sinners want. They "don't want this man to rule over us" and that man is Jesus Christ. I don't fear the movie but I do think I could make better use to my time than giving any credance to what Darwin's frame of mind might have been in. I guess I am an old fashioned Christian who sees the world in Biblical terms when the Bible say's in Ephesians 4:27 "Neither give place to the devil" it means to me the two hours of that movie could be filled with Godly learning. In Psalm 14:1 The Psalmist states "The fool said in his heart no God." The word fool in that verse translates to mean a stupid person. Since Darwin did not believe in God he would be considered stupid and why would I listen to what a stupid person has to say or what some else had to say about a stupid persons life.
John first of all your concern for America is exactly what satan wants you to focus on. He is using all methods to attack Gods people. Example in the Middle East he is using Islam in the Far East he is using the renaments of Communism to promulgate his deadly vise on the world. Remember God turns them over to their own lust. So my brother don't look at sin in a narrow context few what is going on through out the world. satan is only giving the "people" what they want.
Jim you are always citing you pastors sermons so I thought I would listen to a couple. You are blessed to be under such sound teaching. Although my pastor's no slouch. Anyway I am affliated with ConAgra Foods and a coworker of mine just moved into the area and he's looking for a biblically sound church. I told him yours was the ticket.
