First of all, this is pure propaganda, they are lying to the kids.Second of all, I saw some mention about the crusades, the difference is that Jesus never taught to kill people just because they are a Gentile and won't convert to Christianity, Muhammad on the other hand did teach to kill all infidels, that infidels have 7 intestines, that there will be more women in Hell than men. Jesus came to take the wrath of God for those who would put their faith in Him, Muhammad came to bring wrath to those who don't follow him. So in summary on the second point, I think simple apologetics can clear the case when people try to say "Well Christians lead crusades" The Messiah didn't command crusades, therefore it was done of man's will, not God's will, allah's will for his messengers is to, "Kill all infidels." |

So Jim, if I read your comment correctly , you're saying we shouldn't have laws against people eating people, rape, child abuse, bestiality, or suicide? Your statement, "they would use the force of law to create a just society populated by a moral people." Is foolish, for a society to work there must be laws, I'm not looking to make morally good people by upholding a law that says murder is illegal, I'm trying to protect people because if they break it they get punished, and if we had capital punishment that person wouldn't do it again. "Law cannot make people or nations good. Only grace can do this." So your philosophy is to live in a nation where there are no laws? Where people can kill, rape, steal, run skyclad, abuse children, have a 35 year old man marry a 7 year old girl against her will? Have you thought of the implications of your philosophy? Tell me, do you call me an activist just because I'm against abortion? |

Perhaps the trolls want us to die of boredom by their vain talk, well let's not cast our pearls before swine nor give that which is holy unto dumb dogs which cannot bark, they don't want to hear the truth.Let's stay on topic, as far as the church attendance I would add that it's hard to find out who is gathering with a church, just because a building says, "Frosty Flakes Church" does not make it a church, we must examine the claim according to the scriptures, so if a place calls themselves a church it means nothing, we must look to the Bible to see if it's truly a church or a social club. I don't want to make it sound like I'm straining a gnat and swallowing a camel. |

Youth in Asia, I think a lot of Christians think it's a bad thing to not be married, I have tried to advise to guys, when I can, is that, "There are women you definitely want to stay away from."I have seen guys propose to women in a church, (I refuse to call them ladies) and I'm thinking, "What were you thinking?" That can be said for dating as well. Read Proverbs about the difference between a wife and an adulterous woman, very interesting difference, btw, if you know a female pastor, ask her how she is planning to be a husband of one wife. (See 1Timothy 3) And again, I don't "attend church," I can attend the Super Bowl, but I don't "attend church" I gather with the church to worship God, in faith of Jesus the Messiah through the grace of the Holy Spirit. |

sf that's a great recommendation, I subscribe to Acts and Facts and it is worth it, this months edition is fantastic! Also from ligonier ministries there is TableTalk magazine, it's mostly on theology topics, has daily devotionals, special offers it's really good. Don't quote me on this but I think it's $25 for a year subscription, $35 for 2 years and $45 for three years, it's a good investment though. As a disclaimer, TableTalk is reformed theology, I don't know your theology so I just wanted to through that out there, I recommend going to their website www.ligonierministries.com and check it out, they are a very active ministry, their founder, R.C.Sproul has some sermons on here. sf, I think his radio program, "Renewing your mind" in aired in Texas, you might want to check it out, I try to listen to it daily, and ICR is doing a conference in 2017 in Texas, John MacArthur will be there along with some pretty good ICR speakers. |

“When I was born, doctors said I was a boy, but I knew in my heart I was a girl,”Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things , and desperately wicked: who can know it? I read the article from another website, they kept on mentioning that the heart was the confirmation of gender, yet this simply is not valid. They say also that God knows that "he is a girl" yet how they prove that is not seen. It's sad how blind these parents are, and how deceived the children are, the church must address this issue, with sharp apologetics, compassion, love, and a devotion to glorify God. |
