DUH, it does, the Bible is very clear on the reign of Christ on earth. Also very clear on who will be there.
Notice, it says those asleep (dead) in Christ, shall be brought first, before those living in Christ at the time.

Notice not all the dead, nor all those on earth at the time.

The Bible is clear on when there time will come, besides are they in any hurry to go to hell. Whats a thousand years compared to eternity, not even a DAY.

The Bible says this life is like a vapor
So I guess if you want to look at it through the flesh, it would be included in eternity, yes.
But a better way to look at it is,
Once your saved, you enter into eternity with God, through Jesus.

I wouldn't want to be standing around looking for eternity when Christ returns
