I quit reading CT long ago after maturing enough as a believer to discern its mixed message. This article is a case in point. Michael Horton includes the Whore of Babylon as part of Christ's church in the excerpt above.

But how can you allow a religion where their objective is to kill everyone else, or convert them to Islam?" and that's true but we tend to forget (because of how the Press words their stories) that Islam is primarily a system of government - a theocratic one. And the USA cannot allow freedom of competing governments!
