Haven't heard any on that topic, but this morning I listened to sermons by Bible on Ezek.22 The first one was by Dr Michael Barrett the second John Weaver. I differ from both somewhat in my understanding yet I found that the Lord taught me truths I found helpful. Sorry I can't help specifically with your request.
Sorry if this is off topic, but does anyone know of some good sermons that deal with transgenderism specifically, asides from Kevin Swanson (already listened to those) Thanks
In May 2014 I was in Los Angeles and had no knowledge of the different American denominations. There was a United Methodist right outside the hotel, but they had a massive sign outside declaring their support of homosexuality :/ So I ended up getting the train to a PCUSA church, because I foolishly thought a Presbyterian church would be somewhat better... If I got again I'll be sure to do proper research in advance!!
Where I'm at there's no formal sex ed class as such, just one 2 hour talk given to you when you're 15. I happened to be off that day, not even deliberately.
I saw the materials they were giving out though. It seems everyone assumes that it is impossible for teenagers to have even a shred of willpower and resist their desires. Like they've just come to the conclusion we all must be fornicating
"...contains no mental health exception for the mother."
Good. Once you open it up to mental health, it's pretty much on demand. You only have to look at the amount of British mothers that say they are depressed and don't even get a second opinion before an abortion!
After having been in a liberal church my whole life, I was really surprised when I found out the Bible-believing church I go to now doesn't set Easter aside. They said Christ's resurrection should be remembered every sabbath Of course, that doesn't mean a Bible be living church can't observe Easter. I just thought it was interesting.
