Great Sermon! Excellent program, particularly near the end regarding the call and the challenge to repent of unbiblical perspectives of marriage, money, and everything else. There is no question that being delivered from sin by God through Jesus Christ changes EVERYTHING. As II Corinthians 5:17 says: "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things become new." May God bless you and strengthen you to continue the good work of Generations Radio on His behalf! |

Thank you for this comment. I used to listen to Hank Hanegraaf (please pardon any misspelling), but stopped in large part because of comments like this that I have heard him make. |

Great Sermon! I appreciate this program, particularly the point about early or young marriage for young men. This needs to be taught much more often in churches. If they remain single too long, it is practically guaranteed that some type of sexual sin will occur, and the consequences of violating God's law will inevitably surface in their later marriage. |

How sad that people embrace desolation and the dying out of family lines. It may take awhile, but the fruit of this mentality (or lack thereof) will surely surface. |

From the article: "The church’s beliefs were too much for one 'youth worker' at the center, Saul Day, who took the announcement down from the church’s bulletin board."Day wrote to the local newspaper, The Shetland Times, expressing outrage. 'Say, hypothetically, that there is a young youth club member belonging to the LGBT community. Say, for instance, this particular young person is finding it difficult to accept who they are, or is finding the social challenges that are often associated with a young person ‘coming out’ difficult to cope with,' he wrote. 'What if they, curiously, like I, were to pick up one of these petitions? What frame of mind would this produce as a result of reading it? How would they react, and what emotions would be resonated?''' This fits with the blinding of the mind of unbelievers by the god of this world (II Cor. 4:4). Never mind God's truth. It's all about how something makes him "feel" and the possibility of offense. God's truth trumps feelings. |

The Bible says that they are simply being willfully ignorant, so they are just making a conscious choice to deny Him, making life easier and much more exciting for the flesh. Nobody to answer to, no guilt, no repercussions. Good comment. They are in for a very rude awakening upon entering eternity. I think, if they care to be honest with themselves (which they likely don't), that they truly fear what lies beyond this life and that they are accountable to God. As I've heard it said, if you're constantly denying something, you're probably afraid that it actually exists. |

Excellent Program! Great points in regard to a man and a woman finding their God-given identities within marriage(leader, protector, and provider for the husband and helpmeet who guides and keeps the house for the wife) as well as love always involving sacrifice. Matthew 10:39 - "He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it." Amen. |
