The only way is to go 100% biblical. but the world nor most "followers" would be ready for that. with moral values and the conscientious of sin on a roller coster down fall, we will have to choose light(biblical) or darkness.

That is why we can place the reformist in a high seat, or we will just repeat the same.

Even after reformation we still have fallen back in to the same yoke. It's in our nature to rebel.

I apologize for any offense. the point is that reformist knew that the yoke of bondage the Catholic "church" was placing on those who sought christ had to be broken. they have renewed the order of the pharisees.

Reformist was in many cases moved by the holy spirit to remove the hardened hearts of thos who fell in to traditions and not relationship. if we cannot worship christ as one body and follow HIS commandments then the work of the reformist was in vain. they never intended to become idols of a "way" but to REFORM the way.

Oh come on now. Doesn't anybody on here have an opinion as to whether they believe that Van Houten former member of Manson's so called family should ever be paroled? Isn't anybody on here interested in criminology?
John, I am more concerned about your need to trust in Christ alone for salvation.

“ Great Sermon! ”
I appreciate so much your promotion of Charles Spurgeon. His Calvinistic doctrines of salvation are very clearly and helpfully stated and I am glad for the link you provide to his resources. Thank You.

Has God asked for our opinions?
Does knowledge of Sola Scripture save us? There is a way of interpreting scripture that makes it a dead thing.

If David Wilkersen is wrong, then he is wrong. If he is right he is right. There is no reason to fear false prophets .. I mean ... it will be obvious.
Is putting aside 30days food a terrible sin? People are already afraid, anxious, nervous.

I think in our western culture we have been taught to value our opinions so highly we have forgotten God is the author of scripture and of life, which scripture records.

Dear people, I notice David's warning was reported on March 8th. Who has gone away with this to think deeply and pray about it? Have you had time?
Who is really listening and who is not?

False teacher! What witness's do you have? Not 'sola scripture', not biblical? - you lawyers who like to study the rules without understanding!!
You listen to Jonah, Jeremiah, Isaiah. Were they scriptural in their time?
Yet you cannot see scripture is being written as we speak.

Surely, a prophet is known by their words. Let us wait and see. If he is wrong, he is wrong. None of his words spread fear, unless the hearers are already afraid - that is scripture!

Whether there are disasters or threats of disasters, those with Christ will not fear. In this way light and darkness are separated.

A tsunami was prophesised a while back .. the media have called the 'recession' a financial tsunami. Prophecy often contains the symbol, illustration.

Australia is recovering from an extreme heatwave and catastrophic fire. The fire travelled at over a hundred miles an hour. Try to outrun a car that's coming toward you at 100mph. Our skys were red and smoky with it.

If we are prepared we have something to offer others who might be afraid.

The root problem is the need to be born again (John 3:3-7).

“ Response to Women Preachers ”
God is very clear in His word: "Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence." -- 1 Timothy 2:11-12. This is referring to in the church. Some men may have "dropped the ball" but this does not make God's commandment void. The woman can teach her family and raise them up right (Titus 2:3). Many Christians have compromised with the world, and tried to stretch God's laws. You don't stretch God's laws. It's either you follow them or you don't. No women preachers, period. That's the end of it, by God's word. If your Pastor has dropped the ball then find a different one. Don't make God's word void. Follow all of it and not just part of it.
