I for one didn't even bother voting this time. First time in years that I didn't vote. I just don't care. Let me explain why.The republicans are using the Christians in America. They are not truely conservative, and this Bush administration is a perfect example. After all the time in office with republican control, nothing has changed. Abortion is the same, Gay rights is steaming forward, and Bush gives us doublespeak. Instead of securing our borders and fighting for conservative causes he has pushed forward the neo-con globalist agenda. WAKE UP Christian republicans, he is not a Christian, he is a globalist and an elitest. As for voting for Republicans, why bother. Once in office they tow the party line and cater to the fat cats of the new world order. |

9/11YOU can't tell the Tares from the Wheat anymore than anybody else can. If you imply that you can identify the false professor and teacher then YOU are contadicting Scripture. 2Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also AMONG the people, even as there shall be false teachers AMONG YOU, who PRIVILY shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. :2: And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of." Satan is not stupid. He is not going to make it THAT easy for the Church. |

9/11 Your words sound all very nice and churchy my dear. But I'm sure the folks who went to the church illustrated in Matt 7:21-23 would say what you are saying.(in the post below) Just as the folks in the Laodicean church at Revs 3:14ff, were convinced of their version of the truth. But as the Lord stated in both cases they had not grasped His doctrine and teachings. And He did not accept them. The fallacy of your conspiratorial posts and the kind of thinking which you want to provoke, are the version of your "fruit" upon which we make our decisions about you. You are clearly anarchist in your convictions. - And just as clearly ALL authority comes from God. Thats Biblical. But it is not what you offer. |

9/11 says "I use logic and years of reading and studying, seeking the truth about anything and everything I want to know about. I read books, literature, contact people for information that I want, and just go find out things that I want to know."Ah so thats who controls your mind. The authors and writers you've read have clearly influenced you beyond personal decision and thought. Your inference to 1984 and dear old Mr. Blair, illustrates even the power of the fictional novel upon your poor brain cells. YOUR "Big Brother" is the Conspiracy Theorist. Whose line you accept hook, line and sinker. That is not independent thought. It is quite simply another source, which clearly not many independent people accept not follow. |

"Names are blotted out. That means it was the intention of God to save all, but their rejection resulkted in the names blotted out."JD now believes it IS possible to lose one's salvation. Holding two opposite opinions at the same time is known as hypocrisy, also double-mindedness, also not of a "sound mind," and George Orwell's 1984 labels it as "doublethink." dou•ble•think: a simultaneous belief in two contradictory ideas. "To know and not to know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which cancelled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, to believe that democracy was impossible and that the Party was the guardian of democracy, to forget whatever it was necessary to forget, then to draw it back into memory again at the moment when it was needed, and then promptly to forget it again: and above all, to apply the same process to the process itself. That was the ultimate subtlety: consciously to induce unconsciousness, and then, once again, to become unconscious of the act of hypnosis you had just performed. Even to understand the word 'doublethink' involved the use of doublethink.' |
