If you were going to quote proverbs 23 to them, it should be these verses:

Proverbs 23:29 Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes? 23:30 They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine. 23:31 Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright. 23:32 At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder. 23:33 Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things. 23:34 Yea, thou shalt be as he that lieth down in the midst of the sea, or as he that lieth upon the top of a mast. 23:35 They have stricken me, shalt thou say, and I was not sick; they have beaten me, and I felt it not: when shall I awake? I will seek it yet again.

Luke 16:27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house: 16:28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. 16:29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 16:30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 16:31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Scripture says if they dont believe Gods word, they will not believe someone who has experienced hell first hand.

Ive read the book btw, and another more unbiblical one called A Divine Revelation of Hell.

I once asked SteveR how a Catholic could be saved, seeing as how they believe a false gospel. He responded by quoting Ephesisns 2:8, and asked me what part of "not of yourselves" did I not understand, clearly demonstrating to me that either he does not understand that verse, or was posting subterfuge again. Funny thing is, if I only needed one verse to prove they arent saved, that would be the one! They deny the first half of the verse, and believe it is of themselves. His response smacked of either hypercalvinism, or universalism, implying that they dont have to do anything (faith, repentance), they are just saved. I dont think he meant it that way, but thats how it came off.

Case in point Steve. I posted your comment that struck me as absurd earlier, nothing to do with his charity or Justin Bieber. Anyway, what does the Popes charity matter, if all the while he is leading them to perdition with his doctrines of devils and damnable heresies? Also, I never expected the RCC to go along with it anyway, so that accusation holds no weight. But continue with your baseless subterfuge, like I said its all you got.

I got to go to work.

SteveR writes:
If the Bishop of Rome cant move his Church to be as wicked as western Protestant denominations

What tripe. Capitulation on sodomy pales in comparison to the damnable heresies of the Catholic church. Besides, I dont believe true Christians would compromise on sodomy anyway, so all these churches doing so are just synagogues of satan.

I think SteveR has a good point, just let them have the sermons. Perhaps, peradventure the sermons will lead these political reprobates to salvation. What do they stand to lose by giving them the sermons? Also since these 501c3 churches signed a contract with caesar that they wouldnt preach against politicians, political issues and such, it seems caesar has a right to make sure they are keeping their end of the bargain.

Fear mongering.

Fear mongering from the left wing media blowing it out of proportion, fear mongering from right wing fanatics like Alex Jones insisting that Obama is infecting the US with ebola to usher in martial law. To be honest, I cant help but wonder if the whole thing is a hoax to keep your focus off of something else. Im not saying I believe that, but it is a thought.

"The Idaho case involves Donald and Evelyn Knapp, both ordained ministers"

A woman minister?

But even so, she should not be forced to celebrate an abomination. Just signs of the times I suppose.

I know what your thinking: Did he fire six shots, or only five? Well, to tell you the truth I lost count myself in all this excitement. But being as this is a 44 Crayola mag, the most powerful crayon in the world, and could blow your head clean off, you got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky?

Well do ya, punk?

All political power comes from the tip of a crayon. The communist party must command all the crayons, that way, no crayon can ever be used to command the party.

Pursuit of truth,

Its simple. If God controls every action I take, then must be responsible for the sinful ones as well, or else he is only responsible for the non sinful ones, meaning he is not responsible for every single action I take.

Just to be clear, I dont fully understand all this, but I do know that God cannot be responsible for every action I take because some (or many) of them are sinful, and God does not cause us to sin.
