The Christians who are serious about this topic will submit themselves to the scriptures, even if it means to destroy every single copy of the following:

1. The Adventures of Shark-boy & Lava-Girl

2. Spy Kids 1,2,3, & 4

3. Barney

4. Teletubbies

5. Care Bears

6. Frozen (including that stupid song)

The problem is that some people throw out the possibility of any grey areas that they would say that they would say allowing your kids to play pac man, pong, dig dug or galaga is bad. Or that having a Papa Smurf figurine is evil.

And most of the time it is them (& not the Bible) that determines what is black & white. That’s why people I think so many young Christians who grew up in a house with such ridiculous rules go out & watch or listen to things that are clearly against scripture, but since they have grown up being taught that watching Veggie Tales is good & watching Reading Rainbow was bad, they either:

1. Believe it & hold everyone to that standard.

2. Realize it’s a ridiculous rule & exercise “Christian Liberty” while watching something that is clearly against scripture.

3. Have a weak conscience in this issue & try desperately to find a balance.

Don’t forget the critters, there’s a reason that the raccoons look like thieves, it’s because they are, they go out and pick pocket peoples wallets and steal purses. And their warped view of fun is to steal 1 sock from people’s dryers. That’s why people have to go to Walmart every month to buy socks. It’s sickening.
