Great Sermon! One of the best sermons from you I have heard. Not that all of them are not great, but this one resonated at this point in my life. I have listened to it with my wife several times and my mother-in-law has listened to it a couple of times so far. I had a kidney transplant years ago ( after being on dialysis for six and a half years). I'm doing really well, working full-time and started a family. I am really appreciative for the word of God and oh, how I love his law. When people questioned God on my life because of what I was going through, I told them that what I am enduring was absolutely necessary. Through no fault of my own, (that I know of) I endured everything and the Lord saw me through the way He decreed. Praise His name. Thanks Pastor for being hermeneutically sound, when nowadays the Bible is twisted to fit self instead of the truth
Great Sermon! Absolutely Amazing Sermon!!! This by far is the most important message needed today. Pastor Allison tells us the how critical it is for us to make a decision NOW before we die. Praise God!
Great Sermon! The Church does not exist by permission of the civil authorities, but by the authority of God. Therefore the Church does not need civil authority permission to meet, for it is already authorized by God to do so.
"The Crown has called him a danger to the health and safety of Albertans."
"My prayer is that men will stand!"
An abstraction, called "the Crown," labels a Godly real man a danger to notion of "health and safety" of a generalized Albertans. Would that this pastor be surrounded by his congregation both prayerfully and physically, that he might be uplifted. Would that all churches stand while they still can.
Great Sermon! As long as receiving a vaccine remains voluntary, there should be no problem. Being first in line for experimental medication is ok if you have a great chance of dying anyway. Cancer meds come to mind. Covid 19 has a very low death rate, calling for a different approach. Following the science doesnât mean following the politics.
Pastor Richardson, I do not know of your laws, but surely unequal application of them is not legal, let alone lawful? As you point out, Costco and Walmart may gather. I thank God there are leaders like you in Canada, and like John MacArthur in the US, who are not willing to render to Caesar the things that are Godâs. We will be praying for you.
Excellent! Thank you Steve Richardson, for the timely reminder. Yes we are to render to Caesar the things that are Caesarâs. The Lordâs Church is not one of those things, nor will it ever be. It belongs to God. Caesar has no authority over it. As you said, âNever ever give to man what belongs to God.â
Great Sermon! Amen to the false notion that nationalism is a good idea. As well the false notion that globalism is a good idea. God made nations for reason, that they might not come together, and use commonality to do what they ought not to do.
"And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one anothers speech."
Fallen man still tries to unify under fallen man. And it will be temporarily so when the Antichrist has his time.
Great Sermon! Good analogy between questionable mandated mask wearing in public for questionable health benefits, and mask wearing by those in the church for the benefit of looking like, rather than being an open hearted Christian. In both cases, would it not be beneficial for pastors to be teaching how to recognize deception, either that from authorities, or that from self?
Great Sermon! Whether or not America is done is up to God, not politicians. But it wouldnât hurt for believers to plead for mercy, would it? Consider also we arenât alone in this slide into the darkness. The whole world is on the same path.
Great Sermon! It is better to have States that oppose abortion among those that do not, than to have a national government with authority to supersede them all, and promote murder of the unborn with no opposition, which is coming soon. The logic of critics of Amendment 10 fails. Since the reality of the fallen nature of man exists, it is better to limit any power that fallen men have over others, as long as the prince of this world remains prince of this world. In the meantime, there will be no Biblical government until the Lord returns and sets it up.
Great Sermon! They do indeed seem to be replacements for Christ. As cultural Christianity increases, as churches seek to please the culture, and obey man rather than God, spiritual emptiness develops. Looking to superheroes is a response to that emptiness. People are going to have something to believe in. Sadly this can be in cartoon characters, which is what superheroes are. But in our thinking, we should not place the cart before the horse when we hold that superheroes are a cause of the negative issues. Their increasing presence is an effect. Itâs reasonable to conclude that increasing presence may be laid at the feet of those churches that put their lampstand in the closet.

Jim Lincoln wrote: excerpt from, "US President Donald Trump's Twitter account permanently suspended over violence risk after Capitol riot"â https://tinyurl.com/y5gtusdb Apparently, no more videos conciliatory or otherwise.
Censorship of the president by left wingnut social media. Wonder who theyâll censor next? Maybe mayors and governors of places where actual rioters burn buildings, âpeaceful demonstratorsâ cordon off whole sections of cities with armed guards, invade and occupy police stations and federal buildings, attack people passing by, etc.? Nah, thatâs their right to peaceable assembly, and you canât take away their free speech, donât you know.
Jim Lincoln wrote: Mike, videos can be manipulated so just because it's a video doesn't guarantee that it's showing what it should be âđ â- ~~~~~~~ Yes, it should always be remembered--- "A Christian should view the separation of church and state as a good thing. Those who wish to combine church and state usually do so thinking that Christianity can help stamp out evil, if the church is in charge. But history shows that the melding of church and state gives rise to corruption, totalitarianism, and oppression. Christians can and should be involved in the political process, just as anyone else. But Jesus said, âMy kingdom is not of this worldâ (John 18:36), and Christians understand that enforcing Christianity through a national church [or political party âđ] is not the answer to the worldâs problems" "How should a Christian view the separation of church and state?" â-
Your entire paragraph pertaining to separation of church and state has nothing to do with voting fraud. You really have a hard time with focus, Jim. Maybe itâs breathing all that methane from the rotting swamp vegetation. Get some air. When you can focus again, read the Bible. Itâs better to get directions from there, than from the Party.
