Awe. When I heard Pastor Shepard say that He willed that His people should be where He is, and that included the cross, like the thief, I couldn't help saying 'remember me Lord'. He is the potter and I'm the clay in His grace!
Great Sermon! Pastor Parker
SDA today are saying they are saved without the keeping of the law, but their works of love are proof they are saved. But that is not so. Our proof that we are saved before God is that we believe in the blood and righteousness of Jesus alone imputed for our salvation. But we look to Jesus as our whole salvation. I know that we receive the Holy Spirit when we are justified but not to keep the law for our salvation, but make us know we are no longer condemned and now we are reconciled to God in Christ alone by His blood and righteousness imputed and gives us the power to live a new spiritual life to walk with Him.
Satan is trying so hard to destroy the truth of the being saved by the imputed righteousness of Christ alone before God.
I used to be an SDA and am so happy to be delivered from such a deception.
Thank you for your wonderful sermons.
Great Sermon! You mentioned in one of your sermons of a book you had written that was free for the asking. I'd like that book.
My comment on the Righteousness of God was very fulfilling and informative. Great sermon.
Great Sermon! It's always a blessing for me to listen to pastor Bill.
I'm so grateful for pastor Bill's biblical teaching. May the Lord bless his ministry.
Great Sermon! very encouraging sermon, Pastor Bill, thank you. All our hope is in Christ. He is our sure hope.
God bless you. Christian love, English Rose and George
Great Sermon! Thank you pastor Bill Parker explaining scripture regarding the scepter of Judah.
Yes many people get stirred up when you mention anything about Israel the nation and ethnic Jews.
Jesus is the true Israel of God and Christians make up the Body of Christ
over which he is head. This makes us one - the Israel of God.
The one who said, I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am (he), ye shall die in your sins(Jhn 8:24) and further, Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it V 44, cannot be disputed. Seems that this is the end of the argument as to who true Israel.
Everyone has to become a new creature in Christ under the new creation. All are dead until Christ resurrects then by faith. This is why he said "I am the Resurrection."
No resurrection. No life; only condemnation.
Great Sermon! Very good, clear message, from Pastor Bill Parker on the Strait and Narrow Way.
We were so in agreement. Thank you.
Love in Christ, English Rose and George
Great Sermon! brother Bill Parker gives such great, clear teaching, it is a joy to listen to him. He has especially explained here the difference being being imparted with a spiritual gift, and being imputed with God's righteousness. Thank you Pastor. Love in Christ, English Rose and George
Great Sermon! Good sermon but the word "narrow" way could add a deeper message as the Greek word is translated in other passages as troubled, afflicted, tribulation and thronged.
Great Sermon! Always learn from your sermons Pastor Parker. A true blessing I receive when I listen. Thank you so much for giving God's people their assurance of salvation in Jesus.
Great Sermon! We are blessed again by hearing the clear teaching of Pastor Bill Parker on the confidence we have in Christ. Do hear this. You will be so encouraged.
Love in Christ, English Rose and George
Great Sermon! Such clear teaching, pastor Bill, on the clear call of the gospel, that we are willing bond servants to Christ. Thank God for your ministry.
Great Sermon! Pastor Bill, we just love your clear teaching from the Word of God. You have a special gift from the Lord. This sermon has so edified us today. The witness of God in Christ. I believe that the verses 7 and 8 are omitted altogether in modern versions. Is that right? If so, that should tell us something, which translation we must believe.
Great Sermon! Bro. Jim,
This is a great sermon! Thank you so much for speaking! I’m reminded of the time I came down in 2006 and there was still questioning of the doctrine of justification from eternity. There was a even a preacher there that spoke against it.
Anyway, thank you. My wife, son, and I just watched it all together as a family. It is a blessing to hear the truth - I can never tire of hearing it.
Your friend in the Gospel,
Brandan
Great Sermon! Make sure you hear this excellent message from pastor Bill Parker on Matthew 7 v. 6.
Sure most of us have friends or families that just do not want to hear the gospel message, and treat us badly, so we then we move on, as we cannot force anyone to believe. It is entirely a work of God alone.
Thank you. Thank you brother Bill - my family in St. Louis will start watching the Eager Ave. Grace church sermons every week. We love hearing the Gospel and watching you on our TV.
