“ Powerful evangelistic sermon ” I heard this sermon at the conference, and have listened to it four more times since. I think, in all honesty, it is the most powerful evengelistic sermon I've ever heard. G. Campbell Morgan is reported by Martyn-Lloyd Jones once to have risen before delivering a sermon and to have said, "This is the ninety-ninth time I have preached this sermon." I hope that this one is repeated by Mr. Beers at least that many times.

“ Great example of loving Christ. ” Life of a man with passion for Christ, for the King of Zion and for the cause of Zion. A man passioned for holiness, who saw in the omnipotence of God the power to endure sufferings.
“ Timely treatment of this topic ” These four sermons are a good treatment of a topic that causes a lot of difficulty today, and are very timely. BTW, the pastor mentions Louis Berkhof's book "The Assurance of Faith: The Firm Foundation of Christian Hope" which is in print now from a publisher I have never heard of before, and I was able to special order it through a local bookstore.
