In this fifth and final message from the book of Habakkuk, the prophet gives reasons why he will choose to praise the Lord regardless of how bad things get for his nation or his personal life. He resolves to praise God because God is always worthy of praise even when we do not understand why He allows certain things to come into our lives. Why did a loved one die? Why is one of your children autistic? Why is another child straying from the faith? These are questions impossible to answer without an eternal perspective. But Habakkuk remembering the great works of God in the past resolves to praise Him in the future no matter what happens. In spite of all circumstances testifying to the contrary, God is always worthy of praise.
