Although he never lost his full deity, Jesus took upon himself all of our humanity, except for sin, so that he could live among us and die on the cross as our substitute for the punishment of the sins of his people. Therefore, God raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in heaven, where he was crowned with glory and honor and declared "Lord," worthy of the worship of all people.
