But salvation climaxes in Jesus' taking our sins on himself, saving our souls from hell. Salvation also points us to the Second Coming of Christ.
To wear the helmet of salvation is to remain confident in all these aspects of salvation, knowing that all things work together for our good and confident that we cannot come under condemnation because Christ died for us.
