“ Thoughtful Summary of the English Reformation ” Thank you for your thoughtful discussion of the three men, Hugh Latimer, Nicholas Rigby and Thomas Cromwell, who were arrested, put on trial and burned at the stake for rejecting the false doctrine of transubstantiation and defending the Bible-based doctrine of salvation by grace and the church ordinance of the Lord's Supper in remembrance of Him--core issues at the heart of the English Reformation that are still relevant today.
